IF/when Cena does turn to the dark side of heeldom, do you guys think he should still be booked in the same way, since it is some of his booking that turns the older fans to boo him.

Imho WWE have been quite intelligent with how he has been booked, he has almost become a heel to older fans desperate to see him beat and supporting whoever is up against him; it can almost be argued that Cena helped turn Orton towards a tweener, he was getting some loud support towards the end of their feud.

So, my question to you; WF, is:

do you feel that Cena should and will get booked as strongly as he currently does when that heel turn comes?

How could they continue to book him the same way? A heel that gets beaten down all match, gets a second wind, powers up and takes down the face? That's just happening in all the wrong order. He's either going to have to be a coward or a dominator, you can't book a heel as a Superman figure. And tbh, the Cena-hate is pretty damn low right now, probably about as low as it has been since late 2005. People are actually behind the guy atm, they WANT to see him smash up Barrett and the Nexus.

To ensure his success as a heel, he will have to be booked strong. He will have to be dirty but ultimately show that he's still the real deal (much like Triple H on occassion as a heel did). He needs to do this in order to build up the hatred for his character (it'll piss off fans when he's killing them in promos and shutting them at times in the ring).

From that, they can start maybe building someone up that could eventually take down Evil-Cena and get over huge.

But yes, he needs to be booked as a strong heel. Think Batista when he initially turned heel, and destroyed Rey Mysterio and was generally booked as his superior (only losing due to cockiness and fluke roll-ups). That's the kind of booking Cena will need, and he'll need it with basically everyone on the roster with only main event stars and the occasional promising up-comer being a threat in a match.

If they make him a bitch right away, they run risk of his heel turn failing pretty quickly. He will need to be booked as a big deal and differently from the heels the current fans will be used to seeing (cowards who never win without cheating or some dirty tricks).

The biggest problem with his heel turn will be providing him a proper foil. If they fail that, the heel run will probably be crap.

But I think for the initial run, the much anticipated fued with Undertaker will do perfectly anyway.

Perfect way of describing it. Book him like they booked Batista and he will own all ass that walks the earth.
