Possibly controversial view point. But let's be honest they can't draw a dime. Viewership is down overall. Not all their fault. But HHH obsession with them. Particularly Charlotte. Has been a huge detriment to the Woman's division as a jwhole. Hell i miss the AJ Lee Paige era.

The idea of drawing is not what it once was. Does Sasha not sell a shitload of merch? Did numbers not spike up for Becky's announcement show and then carry over to the week after? That's telling. Hardly any individual on the current roster makes a major difference, and that's the way they want it.

Becky was the first woman to top the merch sales, unprecedented. Within just a few months of a push.

Her last segment was the last time a WWE segment did over 2.1m on RAW (even 2m I think, so she was far above everyone else), her last appearance in NXT, in November, is the last time a segment score over 1m viewers and was actually the most viewed segment of the night between NXT and AEW. Say whatever the fuck you want but she wasn't any sort of a draw how come those numbers haven't been close to getting replicated in a while?

Another thread starting with the argument, that they don`t draw. In opposite to all the other women in WWE ofc. ;)

I don’t know if the point of them is to be an instant ratings success. They are trying to get them over to the existent base so that they can have “stars” in the context of what they want their stars to be. And they’ve been successful to a degree.

When Becky Lynch gets back, a four-way between them would probably feel like a huge, special deal. It’s not going to fill up a stadium on its own or anything, but it’s a worthy “attraction.”

They rushed everything about the women's division in the span of 1-3 years. They have nothing left.

First women's hell in the cell? already done

First women's MITB? done

First women's elimination chamber? already done

First royal rumble winner? already done.

Dream match with a legend? done.

Record breaking title runs? done

Wrestlemania main event? done

Womens tag titles? done

With the exception of a few moments most of these things have been forgettable and lead to nothing.

- Asuka wins the first rumble and goes onto lose her undefeated streak at wrestlemania in the middle of the card. Asuka then went to the mid card and is just now getting out of that spot.

- Carmella wins the first MITB thanks to the help of James Elsworth? Last I seen of her, she was dancing with R-Truth and helping him defend the 24/7 title.

- Banks vs Charlotte was a decent cell match but nothing that really stands out when you compare it to the great cell matches in history. It didn't help that the two were trading the women's title back and forth at this point. Making the winner completely irrelevant.

- Charlotte's title runs have just been awful. Every title run has felt forced and only there to break Ric Flair's record.

- The first women's elimination chamber featured 3 main event acts and 3 mid-carders and was on the undercard while a number one contenders match was the main event of the PPV. A match.

- Trish and Charlotte was alright but nothing spectacular.

- WrestleMania main event had a good build but the match itself was just a botch fest that ended in a weird finish to protect someone that hasn't been seen since and likely will never wrestle again.

- The Womens tag titles are possibly the worst on this list of things the WWE has completely botched in regards to the women's division. Perfect example of putting the cart before the horse. WWE despite having 2 women's tag teams decides to create a title and just two years in. The division now has 3 teams. (one of which will break up soon)
