No thanks. Can't wrestle, can't talk, isn't anything good to look at imo. I'd rather have someone that can bring value.

At least she has something in the looks department which is something quite a few of the women in AEW are lacking.

Id take Taya Valkyrie over Toni Storm honestly but that's just my interests based on Taya's Impact run.

As for the whole label thing, does the "ex-WWE" thing really matter when talent wasn't treated well or used much in WWE when they should have been? It's not like any of us use WWE as a measuring stick of who is talented or not. They have been releasing a lot of misused talent since last year. It's a weird thing on this forum where we attack WWE for misusing talent but then be negative on AEW or wherever for hiring "ex-WWE". Can't have both things at once.
The ex-WWE thing doesn't actually matter at all. Wrestlers work in other companies big frikkin' deal. If the people in charge of AEW were to think she would add something to their company they should hire her or try to. Where she worked before is merely something that "fans" care about

The people complaining about AEW hiring ex-WWE talent probably wouldn't have been able to handle it in the 90s. :ROFLMAO:

She would be a decent addition to their roster, and considering how thin the talent is she'd be top 5 day one in AEW. The question really is unless she's getting paid a lot of money and that's of more importance, why would she go to AEW willingly to be booked poorly? I'm sure they'll pay her more than Impact, but quality of product might be important to her.

Hopefully they'll stay away from hiring her husband Johnny Dynamite or Johnny Rampage whatever he calls himself.

I'd only bring her together with Morisson. She adds very little to the women's division alone. But they'd make a nice veteran version of Kip/Penelope.

I think Toni is a must get, but AEW still needs strong female wrestlers workers besides Rosa, Shida, Deeb and Mercedes. Ember is injury prone, but if she can stay healthy she's another must get then.

Yeah, like her and Morrison as a pair but think he missed the boat with the initial AEW interest. Now the roster is bloated.

Even in LU when Taya was at her peak look physically, her movements looked like they were in slow motion.

But wouldn't be against an open challenger thing for the TBS title and having powerhouse wrestlers like Taya and Alpha Female coming in, but ultimately losing.

She is actually pretty good I just hate the half shaved head look. She needs to grow her hair out and lose about five to ten pounds and she would look great. She looks like of like Reby Hardy mixed with Angelina Love.

I don't know what there isn't to like about Taya Valkriye. She talk, she can work, she looks good. She'd get herself in to the title picture.

I'd be intrigued where those who say she's not good in the ring watched her wrestled as in LU and Impact I thought she was very good.

Not all people are the same. We have enough people here, who joined the anti-WWE-train - although they still watch WWE for some reason - so that automatically every wrestler released by WWE was misused and it was 100% WWE's fault if he or she didn't shine. So AEW is seen as repair factory by some people and they asked (and in parts still do) to hire everyone released by WWE. Over time, this faction became smaller, luckily.
Others are saying since 1 year or more, that not everybody should be hired. If a soccer-club got three goalkeepers, then it is enough. There is no reason to hire more goalkeepers, even if they are on the same good level. Also there is no reason for them to have extra extra extra patience with wrestlers. And it is not like Tara would be on a higher level or fill an empty spot. Days ago someone on WF told me something about all these wrestlers are independent contractors and they could work somewhere else and AEW will just use them if needed, etc. But then the term "joining a company" or "hiring someone" means nothing and we don't need to talk about that here. If AEW hires something, then for me means they want to work with this wrestler.

Me personally is sceptical since months, when people ask AEW within minutes to hire someone, who got just released by WWE. It sounds often like people in IWC want AEW to proof a point, that WWE made a fault releasing this or that wrestler. So it is for a few people not about the wrestler, it is just another anti-WWE move and Tony got the money anyway, so who cares if it makes sense moneywise, in their kind of thinking. And then we end in threads you will find in the AEW section also, where people complain about a wrestling doing nothing or being underused. No wonder, when we got so many wrestlers at AEW.

When’s the last time you saw her? She was bad in 20 for impact, put in weight, slow, abs sand bagging on her way out during her wedding story. She also wasn’t in shape or good in her few nxt matches. It’s like they gave her a deal strictly because of Morrison

With the extra weight, bad tattoos, and weird haircut she looks like a fluff girl for Dogfart Pornography Network.

She put on a bit of weight in 2020 but I wouldn't say her matches were particularly bad. She struck me as somebody the company were not going to put over anymore so she wrestled a more conservative style.

If she can lose a little bit of weight and bring back the flair she had in Lucha Underground she'd be a great addition to AEW.
