1st banner overall good more things will come with experience

2nd Banner : Less is more, get rid of angle in teh background and try playing around with opacity. Also Text should be the opposite of background unless it is deliberate.

3rd Banner : Again too much too busy and bad text

Use more effects for your backgrounds, and don't use the premade styles for text.
