STOCKTON, CA - Several businesses in an upscale Stockton neighborhood were burglarized early Monday with the suspect literally going through walls from one business to another.

The north and west of Stockton is just average, like by the UOP college.

Until Stockton has decay on the same level as Detroit, murders on the same level as Detroit, and just general degeneration on those levels, then Stockton is not that bad a city.
