it is quite cool actually, the moving part is cool and the bg is quite nice

I like the bg and don't mind the moving bit on the left. I'd lose the Day After Tomorrow text though. It's difficult to see and the banner would be fine without it.

^^^ You are aware this isn't the wow section right? A lot of your reply's seem to indicate you think it is.

Also, I don't really think you know what your on about, That banner is not a 9/10, nor does it need to be rated so.

If it was 9/10 it would meen every other banner better than it would be perfect (10/10) which I don't think is true.

I don't really think it looks all that good. Just like your Strokes banner, the BG seems too compicated. With that, you can barely read the text. Its alright I guess..

Nice banner. I like the background but I'd get rid of the text. I had a look at it and I didn't even see the text until I read further down. The moving thing on the left hand side is good, although it does distract my attention when looking at the banner. Also I like the fact that it is blue.
