The first moderator section shows all the moderators and what they moderate. This includes admins and supermods aswell as there are a few that moderate forums even though they aren't necessary to be included since they can moderate any forum obviously. Then the second moderator section just lists the moderators, excluding the supermods and admins, as they have their own groups, which are listed. So basically the first section there just shows who moderates what sections. Then the other sections following lists the admins, supermods, and moderators.
As for the green boxes, they indicate your "reputation". Hover your mouse over it for a second or two and it will show your reputation.
I figured it would be best to have all the mods listed as a separate group from the admins and super mods, which is why there are two "moderator" sections. This way you can tell who mods forums and who is mod only easier. Notice that admins have bold and italic usernames, super mods have bold usernames, and mods have italic usernames.
