I just have a few questions.

1. How long do I have to wait or how many other people do I have to rep before I can rep the same person again?

2. Is it possible to know who gave you rep (good or bad). like their name so you know who in the post gave you rep and who didn't?

3. Is it possible to rep someone other than in a post, like iin a pm or something? Example if someone pm's you a link, can you rep them in the pm?

4. What is a "____(forgot first word) reciept"? I got this when I sent someone a pm and they sent me one back. After I looked at it, it said that person requested a "____ receipt". What exactly is it?

4. Its a Read Receipt, one sends it to know if you've read their PM or not
