Slater did it though. He doesn't half-ass a job.
He wasn't even arrested. There's no evidence it ever happened. There are laws against libel. You can't accuse people of crimes they didn't commit. Even if in your delusional mind you think they did.

Most people who try to sue WWE stars, end up making up stuff.
Only recent time I can remember where a WWE star actually did something, was when Jericho punched a fan(though didn't Jericho win that case, cause the fan was doing/saying certain stuff to him)

What a jackass. Libel doesn't apply to anonymous internet users. If it did there'd be countless lawsuits involved. That shouldn't even be a fucking law. "Wahhhh, wahhhhh, someone said something bad about me and now the naive majority believes them so I'm gonna try to take their money as compensation." Fuck you.
