They've been hinting on a HHH vs Rock rematch and now that HHH is champ its an added bonus that whoever is the champ going into WM is going to drop it to the challenger.

Hence The Rock is going to come back and win the WWE title.

Obviously Reigns vs. Triple H. BTW, I want to congratulate myself for calling Triple H as the winner of the Rumble. Lastly, HHH vs. Reigns is going to be the exact same as HHH vs. Cena where the crowd began cheering for HHH (the heel), because they were starting to get sick of Cena.

My thoughts exactly.

Tonight kind of felt like the end to the Reigns/HHH fued. Reigns had his big moment winning the title on Raw a few months ago after being screwed by HHH, I don't understand him having the exact same moment at Wrestlemania? How's it any different to what happened on Raw when Reigns won the title?

Nothing in the Rumble match tonight went the way you'd expect to build towards a Reigns/HHH match;

- Reigns wasn't screwed, he was eliminated fair and square.

- Reigns wasn't in the final two.

- Reigns didn't have an exhausting, heroic performance in the ring - he was backstage for majority of the match, so no sympathy from the crowd.

I'm not sure this leads to Reigns/HHH at Wrestlemania, Reigns wasn't screwed at all. HHH/Rock is my guess, wasn't that the original plan for Wrestlemania 32?

Rock probably isn't even wrestling at Mania. And think about it this way: If Rock was to wrestle at Mania, it wouldn't be to lose in a WWE title match to Triple H. With his movie schedule I don't see how Rock could have another reign unless he drops it the next month or two. That would be pointless.

Reigns is challenging again, and he'll get booed again.

That would be such a terrible idea. You don't build up a guy like Roman Reign like that, just to have him lose it to HHH so that The Rock can face him a Wrestlmania. The whole storyline is designed to get Reigns over as he chases it and feuds with the Authority, and to cement him as a top main event. Going over HHH at Wrestlmania will give Reigns the rub and cement his status as a top main eventer. The Rock will probably be in Reigns' corner though.

There's a ppv next month. Apparently one they want to make important. Would it shock anyone if they blow off Reigns/H at Fast Lane?

They want 100,000 and they gotta know Reigns/HHH as the ME for the belt won't fly. Neither is Rock not wrestling.

Yes but remember this is WWE, each month we've been served nothing but pointless. At this point it would be out of the ordinary for them not to use this opportunity to bring in The Rock, we already know Rock confirmed that he will be at WrestleMania this year.

Roman Reigns could still be involved in match, perhaps run an interference for The Rock that helps put him over Triple H.

It's going to gather heat for the both Reigns and Rock which would be par for the course it seems as of late.

And Lesnar-Wyatt basically confirmed as well.

Worst top 2 matches at a Mania since 11 with Bam Bam/LT and HBK/Diesel.
Last year was filled with people saying 'wm31's going to be the worst mania on record, the matches are horrible!' and it ended up being actually pretty good.

It's all in the execution. So how about waiting until AFTER the PPV before writing off Mania 32.

As for Rock/HHH, unlikely but i'd be up for it. I mean would they really save Reigns rematch with HHH until Mania, what would main event Fast Lane? So maybe Reigns loses at Fast Lane, the next night The Rock comes out and challenges HHH. While Reigns faces Undertaker maybe?

Only thing is I don't see Rock sticking around to drop the title, so maybe it'd have to be something like Rock doing the one thing he's never done. Win the WWE title in the main event of Mania, then when he does he retires it the next night on RAW and Extreme Rules is the culmination of a new tournament to crown a champion.

Bit of a haphazard title swapping but if it creates a big money match for Mania, especially with half the big talent not appearing then i'm all for it.

That makes Reigns look second rate to Rock though. Reigns gets eliminated clean at the Rumble by Triple H, then Reigns assist Rock to do what he couldn't do at the Rumble? I don't see WWE letting that happen.

Rock had his time. While I'd mark for a Triple H vs Rock match, the title should not be on the line.

Reigns/HHH is 100% happening.

Rock will just be there to raise Roman's arm at the end of the match or maybe get a couple shots in on Triple H. Doubt he'll be working a match. Who really is there for him to face that's credible enough and not already occupied? Undertaker?

Rock/HHH? Wtf? That wouldn't work for 2 reasons, A) ME of Mania with 2 Part Wrestlers where it benefits noone.. B) Rock is supposed to be Face while stealing his Cousin's spotlight? If it would lead to a Reigns heel turn setting up Rock/Reigns at Mania 33 then it might not be too bad...
I'm curious to see what they do at FastLane...
Reigns VS Ambrose #1 Contender Match since Reigns lost title and Ambrose was last guy eliminated? He should be done with Owens especially with Zayn coming back and AJ debuting
