He had a bunch of good promos during his Viper run too...especially at the end of 2008 and beginning of 2009. Always liked this one for some reason:
I think the real issue is that the Badass Face isn't allowed to be sadistic, and the Psycho Heel isn't allowed to be strong. If the WWE could toss out their Face/Heel boxes and forget what characters are "supposed" to be, we could have amazing personalities like the Sadistic Orton and Mid-2008 Jericho.
