What should happen here is that Wyatt should squash Big Show, with Show mounting zero offense and just being totally destroyed. What will probably happen is a shitty match similar to the Ring of Fire at Summerslam, with Big Show getting most of the offense and eventually lining up a KO Punch before either the Family members interfere or the lights go out, and Big Show is left on the ground to end the show.

The match quality itself is going to be terrible. Hopefully what will happen is Big Show just beats the crap out of him for like five or ten minutes and Bray no sells the whole thing, laughing the entire time like a maniac. Let it end in a DQ like the Wyatt/Cena match did on Monday night, I really don't know if I can buy into Bray beating a guy the size of Show clean right now.

I don't like how Smackdown is becoming the go to place for Big Show maineventing.

Why Big Show? I know he's a physically imposing monster but the match will not be eventful. Get Bray in there with another guy who can actually work. That's when Bray has been at his best. Heck, why not Roman Reigns? Cena makes the save after the Wyatt's get involved and we get a little interaction between Cena and Reigns which we can all stuff in our back pocket for the future when they cross paths again.

Why not have Kane and the Outlaws beat down Ambrose and Rollins backstage so they can't help Roman to advance multiple storylines? Probably makes too much sense.

Big Show hits the Knockout Punch and then the Wyatt Family intervenes. Got to keep the immobile, non-drawing 40+ year old looking strong, right?

Man this will be putrid given Big Show's style of working. After listening to Austin's podcast with Big Show I now know that Big Show actually chooses to wrestle in a way that gives barely any offense to his opponents. To paraphrase, he basically said that he believes he shouldn't have to sell for his opponent unless they "earn" it. What a bunch of bullshit that is fpalm. I can respect his past contributions but man does that ever sound like an excuse for his laziness.

Hopefully WWE put Bray over him cleanly since he's went over both Bryan and Reigns cleanly. I would think that would be enough to have him beat Big Show believably in kayfabe.

Well, he does have a point to be honest. The guy is enormous, and I think he's just trying to protect what little realism there is left in seven footers fighting smaller guys. I'd hardly want to see Bray just treat Big Show like a jobber.

Anyway yeah this match shouldn't go any longer than five minutes, and it will most probably be forgettable.

Oh I understand what you're staying and why Big Show does it, but the "realism" Big Show is going for is at the expense of "Quality" and that's the big issue here. Lesnar brings that same realism in his matches and yet the quality is unaffected, and, if anything, better. Realism should never come at the expense of quality in my opinion.
