GIF signatures are only available to premium members.

Buy premium ($5 for a year) or lifetime premium memberships ($10 for like 20 years), underneath the Quick Links and User CP panel on the right of the screen.

^ Can someone resize that gif for me so I can put it in my avatar? It was done for me before, but, I have it saved on my old computer that has a virus, so, I need it done again because the gif resize program I use is being a cunt and not fixing it. The one in my avatar is not resize (obviously) so it doesn't move.

Just btw Cat I think they do that in the members lounge in the GIF thread.

Also you could use www.ezgif.com if you want to do it yourself next time.
