So, should they induct Shane Douglas? He has written wrestling history by throwing down the NWA belt and calling the foundation of ECW.

If Abdullah the Butcher who practically never wrestled for WWE can only based on his wrestling career overall, so can Shane Douglas. I think Hall of Fame should become for all of wrestling and not just WWE and i think that's were they're heading right now.

Just on the pure fact on what he did for ECW, throwing the NWA title down was one of the most revolutionary moments in the company, The HOF shouldn't just be about WWE it should also include any other televised companies. He was also amazing on the mic, good in ring and had a good gimmick in ECW. He could've been massive in WWF but the E' fucked it up by gimmick him a teacher gimmick.

Also if Koko B. Ware and DrewCarey's in there, why shouldn't Shane be in?

If being in the WWE hall of fame actually meant something and it was a prestigious honor that not just anybody could achieve I would say no to Shane Douglas. He was never really in the WWF in any serious means, and even though he was on top of ECW for a while he never had a huge impact on wrestling.

Revolutionizing WWF/WWF is not a requirement to be inducted. Why did they induct Sunny? What about Terry Funk? Terry had his biggest time outside of WWE!

There are obviously many reasons to call Shane into the hall of fame. He was one of the big faces of ECW. And ECW now belongs to WWE - as a matter a fact. So they should honor those wrestlers.
