Simply put NOOOOOOO. Green as grass with a persona of a school kid pretending to be a power ranger. I have nothing against Dominik personally, he seems a nice enough young man but the truth is he is another nepotism favours act that should be honing his craft in developmental and paying his dues not just stealing a spot because of a surname.

Orton was never the youngest champion, in fact the WHC title already gone, it still Brock.

Unless Vince have crazy plan to make Dominik to become youngest champion, then it's so impossible to break Brock record, Dom is 24 now, and he doesn't have any good preparation like Brock who have NCAA title on his shoulder to back him up to get quick push and he was so eager to enter big stage which amazed Vince back then. By next year after Wrestlemania,he will 25 yo and until now, he still doing nothing to get him into important program, like the basic one, gain some muscle around his body.

He should do it, but only with Blatant and PLENTY of help from the ENTIRE Mysterio family.... then Mysterio family turns heel.

Mysterio Family vs Roman's Tribe is gonna be BIG money. Culminate with Dominic standing over Roman with an evil blood stained face after 4 low blows, from each member of the Mysterio stable.

Mysterio stable could add a monster to their stable as well.

The answer is a resounding "no." He's still way too young and far from ready. He could compete for the U.S. or Intercontinental titles but I think he's years away from being world champion material.

No! Let him climb the ladder. First Tag Team Champ, then IC or US Champ and then, if he survives all this, let him run with the big one.

Orton in his first year in OVW is better than Dom is today and he would admit that.

Orton in 2004 was already a polished star in the ring, Dominik is years away from being ready.

His push this year is probably going to backfire in the end.

Yes he is they still count WHC wins as a part of how many times they held any of the three Top Titles.

WWE
Universal
World Heavyweight

Orton is still the youngest to achieve this regardless of the Big Gold belt phasing out.

Orton was on the main roster for about two years before he won the World Championship and was established well enough to win it. Imagine if WWE had Orton win it in his first year on the main roster, the fans would have absolutely shit on him. The same logic can be applied to Dominic. He hasn't been on the main roster long enough to warrant being a World Champion. Hell, I don't even think he's ready to be a mid-card champion yet.
