Sheamus is on Raw and Undertaker is on Smackdown, so the only way it would have happened would be in a tag match and I'm pretty confident that never happened.

As for the topic, I don't think it's ever happened but it would be a nice match. If Undertaker doesn't take time off after Wrestlemania, I would love to see Sheamus and Undertaker get in a very personal feud.
