For the first time, Sarah Logan has broken her silence about her release from WWE … and apparently she’s now thinking about getting into MMA.

On the debut episode of their Wild and Free TV series on YouTube, Logan (real name Sarah Rowe) and husband Raymond Rowe (aka Erik of The Viking Raiders) welcome us into their life in Ohio, where the two own 50 acres of land and are working to become completely self-sustainable.

Sarah asserts that the motivation to become homesteaders was born out of necessity. “A month ago, at this point, I got released by WWE. I’m 26 now. I’ve been wrestling since I was 17 years old. Wrestling has been the only thing that’s provided me for since I was 17 years old,” she said. “It’s scary to go into the unknown and take on something I have absolutely no experience in. I’m going to make this work and I’m going to make this provide for me, because I’ve left myself no other option.”

They will hunt all of their own meat, grow their own food and, ideally as Sarah puts it, “no longer have to make money to support our lifestyle.” They already have 20 chickens on the farm, which is important because the two devour 18 eggs a day between themselves.

The current COVID-19 pandemic has been an even greater motivating factor for them. “We want to know that, if the world goes to hell, our home will be a happy place for us,” she said. “Our home will be a place that we can hunker down and live. Not only live, but thrive.”

As for her career plans, Sarah has pivoted and has her eyes set on the Octagon. “The day I got released, I wrote a coach here in Cleveland that Ray knows and I was like ‘I want to fight.’ I’ve been training since that day,” she said.

She’s wasted no time in immersing herself in her new, post-WWE life. To hear her talk about it, she’s right were she’s meant to be. “Everything in my life has happened exactly the way it’s supposed to,” she said. “I just have to trust that this is no different. I can’t wait to go.”

Another thread about Sarah. :)

Like her YT channel, making her own food etc. sounds nice, but that is nothing to make much money of. I guess her husband earns enough money, to buy a few eggs from the super market.
She already made it into wrestling, which she can do for 15 more years. She got the 9 years experience and can improve herself while being on pause. Going for MMA now is way, but she just did wrestling until now, so I don`t see her becoming very successful in the near future. If that would be a long time planed thing, fine, but she was just fired and that is no reason to throw everything away. Worst case she will just get hired to be a wrestler getting beat up in MMA. Coming back to wrestling as MMA fighter is old news, they won`t need another ex-mma person there.

So - in my opinion - she should better do a something with wrestling and maybe will have a comeback somewhere in the future. Anyway, good luck for her!

WWE will re-sign Sarah Logan when Ronda Rousey comes back or WWE need a jobber (whichever comes first)... sadly WWE only see Sarah Logan as a jobber.... such a waste of talent.

Not if she gets good at MMA, if she makes it to UFC they'll be begging to bring her back and she'll win all the titles, to Vince and Hunter UFC>>>>> WWE.
