Dude has a good look and charisma but man did he embarrass himself against Cena, who is one of the safest workers
Just start him out with a good feud against idk someone like Barrett or Mark Henry and than maybe push him towards the intercontinental scene around wrestlemania. He's one of the NXT guys I can see actually getting over
He should be the smiling kid friendly top face while roman reigns should be the "punch first talk later" badass face (or heel)

He should be back reasonably soon, again, probably to feud with Owens over the IC title in the build up to Mania if he's back in time for that.
I want him to return at the rumble to continue their feud. Zayn comes out a few spots after Owens, they have a short standoff where Owens can't believe he's back, since in his mind he was positive he put Zayn down for good. At that point the shit is on, with Zayn getting the better of the exchange and eliminating Owens. Since Zayn doesn't care about the RR win, he then does his plancha over the top rope onto Owens, eliminating himself before they fight to the back. Now the RR has spun off a new angle in addition to the usual one where the winner goes on to the RTWM.
SZ is gunning for KO and knows that keeping him from a title shot is one of the most effective ways to get to him.
The RTWM continues with KO retaining at Fast Lane via screwy finish and Zayn going over for the IC at WM32. The main limiting factor I see is the notion that mainstream fans don't know their history from NXT, much less the indies.
It will be hard for people to get the relevance when it happens at the rumble so it will most likely fall flat. The key will be a solid plan to promote the program with vignettes, interviews, and video packages before Vince pulls the plug because he thinks it isn't working.

Love this. Especially Zayn going over the ropes himself to keep bashing KO.
Though I think KO should beat Dean once or twice for IC before moving to Zayn to legitimize KO cos KO should be getting pushed to main title picture in 2016

Not until Roman gets his well deserved win then maybe Owens losing multiple Roman title feuds will be suitable.

Sami won't be coming back to NXT. That won't make any sense. He will be coming back at TLC
