HBK starts off the match with “The Nature Boy” by circling the ring. They lock up and Flair gets a headlock followed by right hands to the top of the head. Shawn counters by shoving Ric Flair to the ropes and delivering a backbody drop. HBK goes for the cover

Shawn applies a headlock on the mat now to slow down the page. Flair attempts to pull on the hair of Michaels but his hand is swatted away by the official each time. Slick Ric fights his way up to his feet and elbows Shawn in the mid-section three times to break the hold. HBK backs his opponent to the ropes and Batista blind tags himself in. Shawn goes for an Irish whip but Flair counters it. Michaels is forced to hop over Flair who is lying on the mat and is taken down with a spinebuster from Batista who then goes for the cover

King: “The brute strength of Batista is no match for HBK so far in this match.”
J.R.: “Don’t be so sure King...we’ve seen Shawn beat up the bigger guys before...”
Batista stomps on his opponent relentlessly as the fans are cheering HBK. Batista picks up Shawn and whips him to the ropes and misses a closeline. Michaels hits a closeline of his own, which takes Batista off balance. Shawn hits another closeline, which sends his opponent reeling before he hits another closeline to take Batista down. Both competitors are down and the referee starts the ten count
J.R.: “Batista’s down! Shawn can take advantage now...take advantage while you can!”
King: “Whoever makes the tag first will gain the advantage for their team.”

William Regal and Chris Benoit are tagged in.
J.R.: “Now here we go!”
King: “Uh-oh...Regal...look who you’re in the ring with...”
Benoit races into the ring and shoves Regal down then knocks all the members of Evolution off the apron. Benoit picks up Regal and attempts a German Suplex but the Englishman elbows his way out of the waistlock then puts on a sleeper hold. Benoit us able to escape the hold when he grabs the ropes. The official becomes occupied when Flair begins arguing with him. Regal low blows Benoit then locks him in the Regal Stretch in the center of the ring.
J.R.: “How fair is that? Flair with the distraction and Regal with the low blow!”
King: “What are you talking about? I didn’t see anything...”
J.R.: “Well maybe you should adjust your monitor.”
Randy Orton gets in kicks William in the head to break the hold. Triple H gets in the ring, wanting a piece of Randy Orton but the ref gets him back in the corner. Regal picks up Benoit and is placed in the Crippler’s Crossface out of nowhere, which causes him to scream in pain.
J.R.: “Benoit! Benoit! He’s got the crossface! It’s all over!”
King: “Get in there Evolution!”
The Game drops off the apron and drags Regal by the leg so he reaches the ropes.
King: “There we go...Triple H used his brains there.”
J.R.: “But he might have just walked into trouble...let’s take a look.”
Randy Orton drops off the apron to go after The Game but the referee begins to argue with both of them on the outside. Regal pulls out the brass knuckles from his tights and places them on as Benoit picks him up. William Regal nails Benoit and goes for the cover as the referee returns to the ring
J.R.: “No! No! Regal’s going to steal the win here!”

Benoit gets a foot on the bottom rope!
J.R.: “That was close!”
Regal argues with the official, saying it was a slow count as Benoit gets to his feet slowly. The Rabid Wolverine sneaks up from behind and delivers three German Suplexes to Regal then signals that the end is near. Benoit mounts to the top rope to hit the diving headbutt however, Batista shoves him off, causing him to nail the guardrail. Regal tags in Batista who drops to the floor and charges towards Benoit. Benoit counters the attack by backdropping Batista into the seats. Benoit gets back in the ring as Batista struggles to his feet.
King: “Benoit’s cheap...he’s trying to go for the countout!”
J.R.: “It’s Batista’s fault.”

Batista finally gets in the ring. Batista sits up and gets dropkicked in the face before Chris signals for the diving headbutt. Benoit mounts to the top rope and is nailed in the head with the brass knuckles by William Regal.
Eliminated: William Regal by DQ
J.R.: “The referee saw that one! And Regal’s disqualified!”
King: “This isn’t fair!”
J.R.: “How so?”
King: “It was on the top rope...Regal was just trying to wave to the people.”
J.R.: “Yeah right...But anyways, Benoit’s out cold...he’s in big trouble here!”
The Game comes in and rolls Batista out of the ring. He picks up what’s left of Chris Benoit then delivers a pedigree and goes for the cover

King: “Benoit’s eliminated!”
J.R.: “Yeah, thanks to William Regal and his brass knuckles...”
King: “Stop coming up with excuses...Regal was eliminated a while ago already.”
Shawn Michaels steps into the ring now to face The Game.
J.R.: “It’s go time now! Shawn Michaels and Triple H! This should be a classic!”
Shawn takes down HHH and nails him with fists. Michaels pumps up the crowd as HHH gets to his feet, races towards his opponent, and gets thrown over the top. HHH struggles to his feet and is taken down by a crossbody plancha over the top rope by the Showstopper then right hands follow.
King: “Ah! Triple H!”
J.R.: “Shawn’s showing off his skills that he learned from Flying 101!”
HHH shoves Michaels away and tries to get away but is shoved into the ringpost and taken down with a closeline. HBK rolls into the ring and waits for HHH. Shawn suplexes HHH back in the ring and climbs up top. When The Game gets up, he’s taken down with an axe handle smash. Shawn runs to Hunter and is taken down with a backbreaker. HHH picks up Shawn and gives another backbreaker. The Game bashes his opponent’s head into the turnbuckle and tags in Batista who whips HBK into the corner with authority, causing him to fall down. Batista picks up HBK and gives him another hard Irish whip to the corner. Batista drops several elbows across Shawn’s spine then goes for the cover

King: “That’s right! I bet The Game taught him that!”
Batista attempts a suplex but HBK slides out of it and goes for a rollup

Shawn picks up Batista and whips him to the ropes then ducks to attempt a backbody drop however, Batista scouts it and axe handle smashes the back of his opponent then hits a powerbomb. Batista goes for the cover

King: “How does Shawn do that?”
J.R.: “It’s instinct King! The human spirit of HBK can never be broken!”
Batista goes to pick up HBK but Shawn punches his way up to his feet and attempts an Irish whip to the corner but it is countered and Shawn Michaels is down again. HBK fights to his feet again but Batista counters with a knee and sets Shawn up for a superplex on the top rope. HBK knocks Batista off the top then gets ready to drop the elbow. Batista shoves the official into the ropes which takes Shawn off balance. The referee calls for the bell.
Eliminated: Batista by DQ
Shawn is upside down in the corner with his back exposed. Ric Flair gets in the ring and kicks his opponent in the spine. Flair then delivers a backbreaker and goes for the cover

Eugene stares down The Game and charges towards him. The Cerebral Assassin evades a closeline and then attempts a pedigree. Eugene counters with a catapult into the steel post. HHH staggers around and Eugene grabs him by the hair. Eugene hits a Kerry Von Erich Discus Punch followed by the cover

Eugene now locks in a figure four, causing HHH to scream in pain. The Game eventually reaches the ropes which causes the break of the hold. Triple H complains to the official that his leg is hurt and calls for help. The ref begins explaining to Eugene that the match might have to be stopped right now. The Game rises to his feet and attacks his opponent from behind then chokes him. Triple H taunts the crowd and receives jeers for it. The Game picks up Eugene and is hoisted into the air onto Eugene’s shoulder. He delivers a running powerslam, shades of the British Bulldog, followed by the cover

Eugene gets up, sticks up his index finger and waves it around. Triple H struggles up to his feet and is taken down with a DDT, shades of Jake “The Snake” Roberts. Eugene goes for the cover

Eugene pauses and begins counting with his fingers then hits one more to make it ten! Triple H is out on his feet and Eugene nails a chokeslam. Eugene tries rolling his eyes back into his head but doesn’t quite succeed so he tries to steal another wrestler’s gimmick…Goldberg to be exact when he stalks HHH for the spear. Eugene goes for it but HHH moves out of the way, causing his opponent’s shoulder to smash into the ringpost. The Game wrenches the arm of Eugene now and gives him a hiptoss followed by an armdrag. Triple H now drives his knees into the arm of Eugene after applying a wristlock. HHH challenges Orton to get in the ring and he does so but the referee gets him back into his corner. The Game releases Eugene from the hold now and gives him a scoop slam. Triple H goes to the ropes but Orton pulls down on them, causing Hunter to fall to the outside. Orton jumps off the apron and hits HHH with a high cross body block followed by several right hands. The official goes on the outside to try and break the two apart while Eugene crawls towards the bottom rope and begins shaking it along with his head. They are finally broken apart and Triple H realizes that Eugene’s up. The Game nails Eugene in the head and gets back in the ring but the blow didn’t seem to affect him now as Eugene begins to shake the middle rope. HHH is wondering what’s going on and nails his opponent again, bringing him to the top rope this time. The Game nails Eugene again which causes Eugene to release the ropes and signal for a military press. The Game goes to hit Eugene for a fourth time but Eugene blocks it and hits a right hand of his own which takes him down. Eugene goes off the ropes now and hits a closeline. The Game gets right back up and is taken down with another closeline. HHH is up and taken down by a third closeline. For the fourth time, Hunter gets to his feet and is blown over with Eugene’s closelines and this time he stays down. Eugene signals once again that he’s going for a Military press slam then picks up HHH and does so. Eugene then goes to the ropes and hits a body splash followed by the cover

Eugene asks the referee if it was three or not and is told it was only two. Triple H asks for Eugene’s help up by extending his hand. Eugene picks him up and delivers a Rock Bottom. Eugene then goes to HHH’s head and kicks his opponent’s arms. He runs from one side of the ring to the other then drops the elbows to mimic The Rock. Eugene goes for the cover

Eugene realizes that he’s getting close to winning the match so he climbs up to the top turnbuckle and hits a diving headbutt to copy his friend, Chris Benoit. Eugene then drops to one knee and raises the one hand, yelling at The Game to get up. HHH gets up and Eugene hits the RKO! Eugene asks Randy Orton if that was a good move and Orton gives him a standing ovation. Eugene then goes back to his opponent and goes for the cover

Eugene gets back in the ring and the Cerebral Assassin gets up. Triple H goes for a pedigree but Eugene sweeps his opponent’s legs and catapults him right into the official to knock him down. Eugene realizes what he’s done and tries to revive the official. Meanwhile, Evolution makes their way back down to the ring with a table. Randy Orton is able to fight off William Regal and Ric Flair but Batista takes him down out of nowhere with a closeline. Batista then picks up Orton and powerbombs him through the table. On the other side of the ring, Triple H grabs a steel chair and climbs back into the squared circle, Eugene gets up and turns around after the official begins to stir and gets nailed by the steel chair! Triple H goes for the cover as the referee turns around to make the count

All that’s left now is an unconscious Randy Orton and a tired Triple H. The Game rolls to the outside of the ring and makes his way over to the wreck. Ric Flair distracts the official as Evolution now begins to assault Randy Orton. Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit come down to the ring to even up the odds again as the officials make their way down and send everybody to the back including a busted open Eugene. HHH throws Randy Orton in the ring then goes for a cocky pin

Triple H is once again in disbelief as Randy Orton eventually pulls himself up with help from the ropes. The Game picks up Orton and goes for a pedigree. Out of nowhere, flaming pyros explode in the entrance and HHH looks to wonder what’s going on. He pays too much attention to this as Randy Orton gets to one knee and demands his former mentor to turn around. When The Game does so, Orton plans his opponent with an RKO and goes for the cover
