IMO you push forward with an Ultra Reigns push. Put the Rock in his corner for WM31 and have him act as a trainer for Roman (Like Apollo Creed for Rocky). You need some type of swerve involving Heyman or the Authority so the WWE can logically turn him heel.

I might start with a few weeks prior to WM we see Heyman talking to Reigns. Nothing comes of it.

During the match we see Reigns concentrating on Brocks ribs. Reigns gives some type of nod to Heyman during the match. As Reigns is destroying Lensar, Paul walks to the back.

Reigns pins Lesnar.... Seth runs out and cashes in the briefcase. Paul trips Seth. HHH comes out and goes nuts on Heyman.

Reigns walks off and celebrates with the Rock.

If the fans don't buy Reigns as the Champ and as a face in two weeks. We let the backstory unravel.

Brock's ribs were still injured and Paul gave Roman a heads up. During the WM Main Event we focus on the conversation between Paul and Roman and Roman says he's in.

When Heyman went to the back he did it to let VKM know that Roman was in. Stephanie and HHH were unaware and sent out Seth to cash in the MITB.

Now Reigns is the corporate heel with Heyman as his mouth piece. Seth is the underdog who injured Lesnar and got his shot stolen.

Reigns can turn on the Rock and say Blood is thicker then water but its not thicker than Gold.

This could set up Rock v. Reigns at WM32.

This sets up a VKM v. HHH feud.
Turns Rollins face
Turns Reigns heel
Gives Reigns a mouth piece
Gives Heyman someone to manage while his Client is in the UFC

IMO Vince could really play up the Reigns v. Rock comparisons. Reigns is the People's Champ who walks through the crowd. He's better looking, smarter, and more popular then the Rock.

Nah, that's too convoluted, and this is coming from a Russo fan :russo. All you have to do is have Heyman betray Lesnar in some capacity and let Reigns get the pin. Heyman and Reigns celebrate, then Reigns becomes a cocky corporate heel that blames the fans for his actions. Simple and effective. To turn Seth face, just have him fail the cash in and break down in tears. He'll become the sympathetic babyface by default, especially in front of the WM and post WM smark crowds.

Or just have Heyman turn on Brock at WM by calling down Rollins to help Reigns win. Ambrose also comes down to help to reform Sheild 2.0, led by Heyman.

Next night, Rollins cashes in on Reigns with a fingerpoke of doom, endorsed and sold by Reigns. Sheild say its their plan all along.

The long term thinking behind this is that there is none ;)
