ROH Fans, will you buy another ROH iPPV again?

Genuine question to the ROH fans? I mean like the ones who still enjoy the current product for whatever reasons they have. Feels like the latest cock up was a pretty big turning point in turning the fans on here who wouldn't talk about them before this.

I can't really speak on the ippv's, but as someone who went from buying several dvds a year, to hardly any to none, I will admit to not caring enough about ROH anymore to even bother stealing their shit online.

PWG on the other hand still gets my money on a regular basis.
I'm in the same boat as flag sabbath. I don't buy the iPPV's, but I do own every DVD from 2002-2011 and this year for me, there's been nothing interesting to make me want to purchase more ROH DVD's. I mean, the last lot I bought (the last 6 or so shows of 2011) are still shrink wrapped. I just haven't been bothered to watch them.

I would rather spend money now on promotions like Chikara, PWG, DGUSA & Evolve. And I would also rather spend money on ECW DVD's from RF Video too, than watch ROH.
What was the latest cock-up please?
The last iPPV, Death Before Dishonor X pretty much everyone didn't have a feed for the first hour or so. ROH has acknowledged the problem with the iPPV service again, and has said they're willing to send a free copy of the show (when it gets released on DVD) for those who ordered the iPPV.

Going to be hard to find many people left here that still consider themselves ROH fans. If I still enjoyed the product I would probably just give up on ordering the iPPVs though at this point.

It's a shame that they can fuck up this part of their business so much. A couple of years ago the iPPV was looked at as the future of indy wrestling. It was the answer to the dying DVD market and a way for people to be able to see indy shows live without being their. Now the biggest indy company in the US keeps fucking them up and they've managed to get to the point where people don't believe they can deliver a full show in decent quality. This has to be hurting other companies out there that want to try and run iPPVs. If the biggest company can't do something right it seems reasonable to suspect that the smaller ones would also fuck it up.
ROH have been plundered to Davey's Locker and back again, no wonder things look bad
I voted no , but of course never say never. Even if they haven't had the IPPV problems I don't think I'd pay for an IPPV. I just haven't been interested enough since their transition to sinclair really.

I much rather but my money to PWG like many have also said. You know exactly what you're paying for and it's simple and easy to follow. Maybe if ROH went back to turning out DVDs they might benefit a lot more , who knows.
Nope.

I cancelled my lifetime subscription a couple of weeks back.

That's me and ROH done.
If the card is good i think i will, i can have a refund if they keep messing up
I voted no since 99/100 times when presented with one of their iPPV cards I will say nay. But if they magically are able to put on a FRIGGIN' SWEET card I might change my mind. And I don't think they have something that special in them. I haven't technically been burned by them yet though since I haven't bought a ROH iPPV since Young Wolves Rising and most of the big problems happened after.
I haven't brought/watched an iPPV for the past few months. One reason is because of their shitty service. The other is because their cards aren't very enticing.
I would not be surprised if this time next year ROH replaces nXt
Personally I pay to watch live. If they can't guarantee I can watch the whole event live I will just find it via other sources.
I voted no, but if they somehow put together an awesome card that pulled me in then...actually, still no. I wouldn't pay for an ippv from them, not until they've proven several times in a row that they can deliver as ordered.
The hardcore fans will always show up.

I am on the fence about IPPVS. I understand they are good for business and from what I can tell, it can help you at the gate since LIVE PPV is way more exciting than a house show tape for DVD.

At the same time, most IPPVs are shitty. I wouldn't recommend them. To be honest, if your name not Mayweather, Pacquiao,Jon Jones or Anderson Silva, I won't buy your show.

That's a really good question. Is is inexcusable isn't it.

I probably feel different than most. I have not seen an ROH PPV since Final Battle, where I was actually in the hammerstien ballroom. (Awesome venue )

I really liked the build up to FB '11, And I really liked the PPV.

However, since then ROH has NOT done their part in building up to a PPV well enough for me to check it out. I have had no desire to buy one.

If they ever got their act together I would buy an iPPV but I would only do it for myself. I would not invite anyone over to watch it because of the unreliability.

This way, if something happens, I could watch the replay, no one else would be disapointed.
This totally sums up the current mindset in ROH right now. The Baghdad information minister had more of a clue.

I give ROH less than a year before Sinclair mercifully puts them out of their misery. The smart ones are already jumping ship. And the rats like Matt Hardy will pick off what they can off before the body is cold.

ROH is cheap tv, they not going nowhere.

Frankly,ROH is still doing better than every other indy out there. If you given them less than a year, than the others will be dead in a month.
I tried to buy Border Wars but wasn't able to because of log-in/server issues. Haven't tried to buy one since then and with all the problems they constantly have it would take one hell of a card to make me wanna try again.
