Man deserves his own thread.

He is the one who basically made to start playing baseball. He is the definition of a true fan. He loved the Cubs with all his heart. I can't believe listening to him on the radio last September was the last time I'll ever here his voice again. Wrigley Field just won't be the same without him. He should be in the hall of fame, I don't see how he wasn't inducted. He played with some major diabetes, he was an announcer even with two amputated legs, and he was a Cubs fan until his dying day.

He does deserve it.

They were saying he wasn't in the hall of fame because they had 3 from a team already then never made it to a series.He was an inperation to many and his passion in the both was unmatched.I wish nothing but the best to his family.He will be missed ..but now he's clicking his heals in Heaven
