Riley/Swagger?

Does anyone else think these two would just make an amazing and entertaining pairing today? Convert Riley back to his cocky heel phase he was in when he debuted on NXT alongside Miz, with the letterman jacket and all. Riley has the high school football background and Swagger has that professional wrestling background. I think they could utilize the jock gimmick together and become like the bullys of the tag team division. I honestly think this is a good idea, it caters to kid's lives and it caters to many teenagers/adults as well.

BIG FUCKING NO.

Swagger as no talent, no charisma, no mic skills, is a botch machine. Riley has every tool needed to become the top face of the company. He could rival cena if properly used. Keep swagger far away from Riley.

If you need another charisma vaccum to pair up with swaggy, Drew is available.

How are you going to tell me Swagger has no talent? For someone of Swagger's size, he is incredibly agile in the ring and is a great performer. He isn't a botch machine and has decent mic skills, I don't know what you're getting at. Tag Teams help wrestlers build up eachother's weaknesses and become better overall. If the big ups in the 'E thought of Riley as highly as you did, he wouldn't be in the shithole he's in right now.
Swagger has gone past the point of anyone ever taking him seriously again, I don't see this working out.

Non-Existent Mic Skills.

Some tag teams kill careers.

True, but his time will come.

These two are my most over team in EWR :3
Absolutely not. Jack Swagger is incredibly overrated in the ring, as most of his matches are boring as hell or just squashes. He's a physically big guy, but you wouldn't guess because he has no presence whatsoever. He is an awful actor, he has zero charisma, he makes ridiculous facial expressions, he cannot cut a promo, work a mic, or look or sound intimidating/legitimate. He is one of the worst "talents" on the entire roster. I'd take him over Big Show, but Big Show is terrible, so that's not saying much.

Riley on the other hand, while not being a great in ring worker, has a lot of charisma and can work a mic and cut a promo, which are all aspects more important, MUCH more important than being good in the ring. Riley is main event material. A tag team would do absolutely nothing for him, especially a tag team with Jack Swagger.
There's nothing exciting about him. He's just like white bread. In the ring nothing is exciting about him, he has a terrible lisp, his hair looks fucking stupid as fuck and doesn't fit his gimmick at all. I honestly think if he just left the WWE for 2 years and came back completely changed then there MIGHT be a SLIGHT chance people would take him seriously and got himself over, other than that, there's absolutely no way he should ever do anything important in the WWE again.

Riley is like, he's either going to make it or he's gonna do nothing. Right now he's doing nothing, he has huge potential, but there's just something about him that he needs to fix and he'll be set.
