Foley is the obvious choice for me. The other two are old bums I hope go away for good, one lost his marbles and his 5 star wrestling ability a long time ago and the other thinks he's OJ Simpson.

None of those really, but I picked Foley anyways. Ric Flair was good but he's an old ass now. I was never into Hulk Hogan, he just makes me laugh. Foley wasn't that great of a wrestler, but he sure brought entertainment with his crazy spots, so I pick him.

Let me list a few differences between Foley and Hogan/Flair (because essentially those two are the same people):
1) Foley is universally respected among the fans and his peers in the industry
2) Foley is not a prostitute who's only loyalty is to the next paycheck.
3) Foley is amazing on the mic (universally regarded as one of the greatest talkers ever)
4) Foley's personal life isn't a train wreck of broken marriages, estranged children and bankrupt finances
5) Foley isn't considered a sell out, a selfish self aggrandizing old hack and isn't hated by large sections of the present industry.
Hell (and this is just for me personally) I'd prefer Foley to be brought back as the Anonymous GM over anyone else in the industry.

Hulk Hogan is now a joke.

Oh Flair for me, if he's on a bit of a leesh like in WWE he would still add to any character he manages. If vickie and Dolph break up i'd love flair to manage him.

Mick Foley would be the only one to come back for the right reasons. Flair would be a nuisance since he would want to wrestle another match and Hogan is just Hogan.
