But from Alicia's perspective, all its likely going to do is probably make her issues worse so I do hope WWE doesn't give up on her for her sake.So a company should keep an employee who is turning up to work drunk and cause problems whilst refusing to get help? She apparently refused rehab. Imo if she is not going to rehab she should be fired because you can allow an employee to keep doing this. If I turned up to my job doing this I would be fired especially if I was refusing rehab

I feel she's only still employed for PC reasons. WWE wants to make it seem like they have a diverse roster because it looks good in the media and with sponsors, so Alicia is one of their token black women. If she was white she would probably be released by now because Alicia is one of the most useless, untalented women WWE has ever employed and her being unprofessional outside the ring and having alcohol problems makes her even more of a liability.She needs help?
