Rep Help Please

I have 4 Reps as shown in my User CP but when I post threads, below my avatar it only shows me having just the one. Can anybody explain this for me please?

The rep you see in your profile is points. You need 100 points to get another block, 200 for another and so on.

It doesn't go by increments of 100.

I know that's why i stopped at 200, after 200 i don't know what the increments are.
