WWE gave the title back to a heel at Survivor Series.

WWE Title, US, Intercontinental, and Tag Team titles are all held by heels.


There has to be a reason... who is the "face" that they're going to start promoting/blowing up to win the title? Reigns was the obvious choice - but if WWE feels he isn't ready - then there has to be someone else in mind.

It will still probably be Reigns, but they just want to do it at Wrestlemania. And they probably want him to end Lesnar as well. So they're waiting for Lesnar to come back and beat Sheamus at Royal Rumble. Reigns can win the rumble and then beat Lesnar at Wrestlemania 32 bringing his year to a full circle. :vince2
