Impact Wrestling Management has released information about their Pay-Per-View and Television Programming moving forward. As of writing this the current plan is for Impact Wrestling to continue doing the live/taped events on the road where one episode is live and the second one is taped from the same arena. Originally previous management discussed going back to the Impact Zone in the new year, but plans have changed. As far as the Impact Zone is concerned, Impact Wrestling will move back to do live events on Mondays and Tuesdays in the new year. This new arrangement will be lucrative for Impact Wrestling as they can run events all day in the Impact Zone for a different audience.

Highlights of the 2013 Bound For Glory with the four huge title changes, Sting being rushed off to the hospital following a brutal attack by Magnus, and Dixie’s reaction to losing her company following the Main Event outcome with AJ Styles defeating Bully Ray.

2,359 Fans are cheering in Salt Lake as Mike Tenay and Taz welcome fans watching at home to the new era in Impact Wrestling. Following the results of the Bound For Glory pay-per-view tonight we will be introduced to the man who’s purchased TNA from Dixie Carter, plus we will get an update on Sting’s condition and hear from the man who put him on the shelf, but first we’re going to send things to the ring with the TNA Heavyweight Champion of the World…AJ STYLES!!!!!

“Evil Ways” plays with the TNA Champion coming out to a thunderous applause. The Champion heads down the aisle and climbs into the ring. AJ looks around at the crowd and thanks them for all the faith they put into him as the man who is the face of TNA. AJ talks about the ups and the downs of being in TNA for over a decade and explains how he’s had to fight and claw his way to the top and just when he finally reached the top of the mountain, he’d get knocked down by the powers that be. AJ admits that the worst thing that ever happened to this company was Dixie Carter being the boss. Now tonight is a new night and there is a new boss in town. AJ is hopeful that this new era will deliver at bringing TNA to the promise land. The champion says that the one constant that fans will always be able to count on is that AJ Styles will always be Mr. TNA.

Hulk Hogan comes out to a hot crowd chanting his name. The Hulkster poses for the crowd and gets inside the ring with the champ. Hogan praises AJ and thanks him for all he’s done for TNA over his tenure. The fans chant “Thank you AJ” and Hogan continues to tell the Phenomenal One that Hogan was asked by the new TNA manager to hand deliver AJ his contract. Hogan tells the champ that he hopes AJ will stay with the company now that new management is taking over. AJ tells Hogan that he intends on doing his own thing because he’s learned the hard way this year that he is a lone wolf. AJ will do what he needs to in order to stay on top of this business. Hogan warns him that everyone is going to be on the lookout for him as the champ, he is the number one marked man in TNA right now.

This leads to Bully Ray coming out to the ring. The former TNA World Heavyweight Champion addresses his loss last Sunday and accuses AJ of not being about to do the job alone. Bully Ray sees that the champ needed help from Mr. Anderson and a washed up has been Hulk Hogan in order to put out Bully Ray. Hogan warns Bully to watch himself carefully or else he might just be fired. AJ asks the former champ what he wants, and Bully admits he wants to get his rematch against AJ Styles tonight on Impact Wrestling. Hogan chimes in and informs Bully that there was no rematch clause in the contract for Bully Ray, but does offer him some hope. Hogan tells Bully that he’s going to give him one shot in order to stake a claim on AJ. Right here tonight Bully Ray will wrestle Mr. Anderson, the man who helped cost Bully Ray the win at Bound for Glory. The winner of that match tonight will get a shot against AJ Styles for the belt next week on Impact Wrestling. As for the Champ, Hogan puts AJ in the main event tonight against another man who has shown promise over the last little while, Magnus. Hogan wishes both men luck on their respective matches tonight.

Austin Aries vs. Samoa Joe

The Greatest Man Alive and the Samoa Submission Machine square off in the opening contest to tonight’s Impact Wrestling. A great back and forth contest between two of TNA’s greatest talents. Joe gets the upper hand over Aries midway through the match and dominates him, almost putting him out with the Muscle Buster, but Aries was smart enough to roll out of the ring. Joe continues his war outside of the ring and A Double is slammed into the guard rail. Joe hits an enzuguiri on Aries and rolls him back inside. The Samoan Submission Machine applies a crossface in the middle of the ring, but Aries gets to the ropes. A Double rebounds with a low blow and whips Joe into the corner. Aries starts kicking the midsection of Joe then drops him with a brain buster. Aries goes for a pin and gets a two count. Aries continues to work the Samoan and gets him on the canvas again with the Death Valley Driver. After having an altercation with the fans at Ringside, Aries climbs to the top rope. He’s about to go for the 450 splash when Joe races up and grabs him. A superplex from the top rope sends both men to the ground. Joe gets up and hits and inverted atomic drop followed by a running leg dropkick and then a senton. Joe picks Aries back up and slams him with a Muscle Buster and covers him for the win.

Samoa Joe picks up the victory in the opening contest and is about to leave the ring when he is jumped from behind by Matt Morgan. The Blueprint kicks Joe in the back of the head and slams him to the canvas with a powerbomb. Morgan throws Joe out of the ring and grabs a microphone. Morgan tells Hogan that he’s back in TNA and is going to get exactly what he wants. He’s going to put an end to Hulk Hogan once and for all. Morgan looks straight into the camera and tells Hogan that he’s going to make this very personal.

Ken Anderson talks about his actions at Bound for Glory. He states that he wanted to personally put an end to the Aces and 8s and knew that the only way to do it is by helping AJ Styles. Anderson reminds people watching that he’s TNA’s resident asshole and he does whatever works best for him. Anderson is going to kick Bully Ray’s ass tonight and get a shot at AJ Styles next week on Impact Wrestling.

Bully Ray tells fans that the Aces and 8s may be done, but if there is one thing he knows it’s that no matter what happens you can always count on your family, and tonight everyone is going to see that when Bully Ray beats Ken Anderson and then reclaims his title against AJ Styles.

The Olympic Gold Medalist comes down to the ring. Kurt Angle gets a huge reaction from the fans in Salt Lake as he addresses Bound For Glory. Angle talks about not being on his game Sunday night, and promises that he will earn his spot in the Hall of Fame. Angle continues to go on about how there are no excuses for his performance at Bound For Glory, the fact of the matter is that he came up short. Angle plans to make it back to the top of the mountain in Impact Wrestling, and it’s going to start tonight.

Angle is interrupted by Bobby Roode who comes out to a hostile crowd. Roode starts by insulting the fans in Salt Lake City then goes on about the match between the Olympic Hero Kurt Angle and the King of TNA…Bobby Roode. Roode tells Angle that there is no need to apologize because everyone knows that Kurt Angle Sucks! Roode proved that Sunday when he beat Angle in the middle of the ring. Angle suggests that they should go after it again tonight, but Roode admits that as much as he’d like to compete against the Olympic Hero, they both know that Angle is injured following their match. Roode tells Angle that there is no way he can wrestle, and maybe it’s time for Angle to admit that he’s washed up. Angle looks at Roode and tells him that he may not be cleared to wrestle, but he is definitely able to fight.

Angle nails Roode with a stiff right and starts pounding away on Bobby Roode. Angle backs him into the corner and kicks him repeatedly in the midsection. Roode nails Angle in his sore knee then starts to make a comeback on Angle. Roode drops Angle to the mat, then goes outside the ring. Roode takes Angle’s sore knee and wraps it against the ring post three times. From there Bobby finds a steel chair and cracks it right on knee cap of Angle, damaging it even more. Angle cries in pain as Roode goes back into the ring and cracks the chair across the face of Angle. The It Factor finishes his assault on Angle by jabbing the chair into the throat of Angle. Roode kicks Angle out of the ring and poses on the second rope for the fans as they boo him.

Mike Tenay and Taz react to the brutal assault on Kurt Angle just moments ago by Bobby Roode. Taz tells Tenay that Roode has made a statement here tonight with his attack and everyone in Impact Wrestling should take notice. Tonight is a brand new Bobby Roode, one we haven’t seen before. The two of them hype what is going to happen on Impact Wrestling later in the show including the No. 1 Contender’s Match between Bully Ray and Mr. Anderson, the TNA World Title Match between AJ Styles and Magnus, and the reveal of the new owner of Impact Wrestling and TNA Entertainment. All that and more is set to happen later tonight.

Brooke vs. Madison Rayne

The Queen Bee of Impact Wrestling returns to take on Brooke in Knockouts action. The two have quick back and forth exchange with Madison taking Brooke down and nailing her with a series of blows. Rayne picks up Brooke and backs her into the corner, kicking her repeatedly in the midsection before whipping her across the ring. Rayne clotheslines Brooke into the turnbuckle then grabs her by the hair and whips her onto the mat. Madison covers Brooke for a near fall, but Tessmacher is able to kick out. The match continues with Rayne getting rolled up into a near fall by Brooke. Both women get up and Brooke drops Rayne with a hip toss. Tessmacher pulls Rayne up and slams her repeatedly into the turnbuckle pad. As Madison staggers out of the corner Brooke his a running bulldog on her. She covers Madison and puts her feet on the ropes for the advantage to get a 1…2…3.

Tessmacher’s hand is raised in victory and she immediately runs out of the ring when Madison gets back to her feet. Brooke smiles as she heads to the back. Madison curses her opponent.

A brawl breaks out in the back between Gunner and James Storm. The backstage crew attempts to break them up as the Cowboy demands his shot against Gunner for his actions at Bound For Glory. Storm fights off security and chases Gunner through the backstage. They continue brawling all the way out into the arena in Salt Lake. Storm rams Gunner into the steel guardrail and throws him into the ring. The Impact Wrestling locker room clears out and breaks up the fight between Storm and Gunner. The heels help Gunner get out of the ring as Storm gets on the microphone. He tells Gunner that there’s going to be hell to pay for what he did to the team at Bound For Glory. You don’t turn your back on your teammate and you sure in hell don’t kick him in the nuts. Storm wants a match against his partner.

Hulk Hogan comes out and announces that next week’s episode Gunner and Storm will compete inside the ring. The fans in Salt Lake cheer for the announcement.

ECIII comes down to the ring and talks about how he is the greatest wrestler to ever grace Impact Wrestling. He has the perfect record and indicates that he’s going to continue his winning streak right here in Salt Lake City. ECIII challenges anybody to come out and wrestle him.

Ethan Carter III vs. Dewey Barnes

Local talent Dewey Barnes gets in the ring and locks up with ECIII, but the newest acquisition to Impact Wrestling makes short work of Dewey, hitting him with a kick to the midsection and following up with a gut wrench. Carter drops a couple of elbows on Dewey before going for a pin. ECIII pulls Barnes up off the canvas before 3 and continues to beat him down with a series of moves including a dropkick. He finishes Dewey with a Man-Tastic. ECIII pins Dewey for the 1…2…3.

Ethan Carter III picks up another win as Taz hypes the talent of this young star, mentioning he’s going to be bigger than Goldberg. Mike Tenay begs to differ.

Magnus talks about his match with Sting and how he ended up taking the Icon out of action. Magnus explains that he’s tired of these old men coming in and taking his spot in the company. Magnus says that 2013 is going to end with him as the World Heavyweight Champion, and he will be the new face of Impact Wrestling. AJ Styles better watch out.

No. 1. Contender’s Match – TNA World Heavyweight Title
Bully Ray vs. Mr. Anderson

A brutal contest between two former members of Aces and 8s. Anderson and Bully start the match by brawling on the outside of the ring. Anderson is slammed repeatedly into the ring post, busting him open before getting into the ring. Bully Ray rolls Anderson into the ring and punches the living hell out of the resident asshole. Bully Ray is nailed with a boot to the midsection and Anderson nails him with a number of uppercuts before driving Bully Ray to the mat with a DDT. Anderson stomps on Bully Ray then climbs to the top rope. Anderson dives off with a cross body on Bully Ray and covers him for a two count. Bully Ray and Ken Anderson continue their fight again outside the ring, this time brawling over to the broadcast booth. Anderson slams Bully Ray through the table. The match is stopped while EMTs check on Bully Ray, but Anderson will have nothing to do with it and pulls Bully Ray back up and brings him to the ring. Anderson covers Ray for a very close fall when Brooke comes down and puts Bully’s leg on the rope. Anderson goes outside the ring and chases Brooke off to the back. Bully Ray kicks a bloody Anderson in the face and slams him to the canvas. Bully goes for the Bully Bomb, but Anderson counters with the Mic Check. Anderson is about to go for the pin when Devon comes out and attacks Anderson. Bully Ray hits the Bully Bomb and covers Anderson for the 1…2…3.

Bully Ray and Brother Devon celebrate in the ring by beating down Mr. Anderson even further. The former TNA Champion asks Devon to hold up Anderson, and he nails Anderson with a metal chain wrapped around his fist. Bully Ray and Devon celebrate the win over the corpse of Anderson.

Jeremy Borash introduces the Impact Wrestling Main Event for the World Heavyweight Championship.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship
AJ Styles © vs. Magnus

The match starts with a slap in the face of the champion from the challenger. Magnus gets the early advantage with a series of rights over Styles. A whip into the ropes is met with a scoop slam from Magnus. The challenger is in fine form as he takes on the Champion in the Impact Wrestling Main Event. AJ Styles bounces back though with a pele kick and then a Phenomenal Forearm on Magnus. AJ dropkicks Magnus who rolls out onto the floor. AJ dives off with a moonsault on the outside of the ring. The fans in Salt Lake are chanting “Let’s go AJ” as the Champion takes firm control over the match. AJ Styles is about to set up the Styles Clash when Magnus flips him onto his back. Mangus starts to nail AJ with a number of blows then clotheslines AJ over the top rope. Magnus goes out after AJ and hits him with a kick to the midsection then drives him head first into the ring steps. Magnus hits a slingshot elbow drop then covers AJ for a two count. The challenger continues to beat down the champion inside the ring. He goes for the MDD on AJ and covers him for a near fall when the Champion gets a shoulder up right before three. AJ is hoisted up in the air, and onto the shoulders of Magnus. The Challenger drops AJ face first on the turnbuckle then hits a clothesline on him. Magnus is about to go for the Tormentum on AJ, but the Champion fights out and counters with a Styles Clash. AJ covers Magnus in the ring.

The Champion’s hand is raised in victory and Magnus gets back up to his feet. AJ is about to leave the ring when Magnus stops him and extends a hand to him. AJ accepts a handshake, but is soon met with a kick to the bread basket. Magnus takes the champion’s belt and hoists it in the air above AJ Styles. Mike Tenay and Taz question his actions following their great contest. The bottom line though is that AJ Styles is still the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

Mike Tenay and Taz hype next week’s Impact Wrestling episode featuring AJ Styles defending his World Title in a Bound For Glory rematch against Bully Ray, plus James Storm will compete against Gunner. All right here on Spike TV. Coming up next we will hear from the NEW Owner of Impact Wrestling.

Jeremy Borash stands in the middle of the ring to announce the new owner of Impact Wrestling and TNA Entertainment. Borash reminds fans that at Sunday’s Bound For Glory Dixie Carter agreed to put up the company in the Main Event that found AJ Styles defeat Bully Ray. As per the agreement Dixie put the company up for sale and earlier this morning the papers were signed and a new owner is here to be introduced. Please welcome…ERIC BISCHOFF!

The fans are mixed when Bischoff makes his Impact Wrestling return. Bischoff has a huge grin on his face as he comes down to the ring and enters through the ropes. Jeremy Borash hands Eric the mic and gets out of the ring.

Bischoff starts off by telling the fans that this is the greatest moment in his career. This is the moment Eric Bischoff can finally reclaim his spot as the KING of Professional Wrestling once again. There is no better way to do that than by owning the best wrestling company in the world. Now that Bischoff is in charge he can undo all the damage that Dixie Carter has done to TNA over the last several years. “THANK YOU BISCHOFF” chants start as Eric smiles. The owner continues to explain that there is a lot he’s going to do to change Impact Wrestling and make it bigger than any other wrestling company in the world is, but the first thing he’s going to do is announce that next week’s World Title Match is going to be held inside a steel cage. Fans cheer as Bischoff also announces that next week will be a World Title No. 1 Contenders Tournament, culminating in the finals takes place at Impact Wrestling’s first Spike TV Monday Special. On Monday, November 28, 2013 Live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Nevada Impact Wrestling will air Turning Point. Bischoff promises that Turning Point will be a night you will never forget.

The boss is interrupted by the new X Division Champion, Jeff Hardy. Hardy comes down to the ring and starts off by welcoming Bischoff back to Impact Wrestling and wishing him luck as the new owner of the company. Bischoff sends Hardy a very clear message that he truly hopes Hardy can be as lucky as Eric Bischoff is right now because at Turning Point, he intends on making an example out of everyone in Impact Wrestling, starting with the Charismatic Enigma himself. Bischoff announces Jeff Hardy will be defending his X Division Championship in a Full Metal Mayhem Ladder Match live from the MGM Grand on November 28. His opponent…the man formally known as John Morrison…John Hennigan. With that, Eric Bischoff’s music hits and he leaves the ring. Impact Wrestling News:
Thursday's Live Post-Bound For Glory episode on Spike TV scored a final rating of 1.10. This is the first episode with the new management team in place. The viewership was increased to 1.35 Million viewers compared to 1.10 Million last week. Spike TV is happy with the numbers and are planning to make more changes to maintain and increase viewership.

Spike TV has been starting a very aggressive ad campaign in order to increase awareness for Impact Wrestling. Look for commercials and billboards to be put up and a social media campaign to take over the internet leading to Turning Point.

As the new owners start developing their brand of professional wrestling, Viacom and Impact Wrestling executives will be announcing a new X Division show that will air on Saturday Nights. The new program will be announced on Thursday's Impact Wrestling, but the feeling backstage is that management wants to have a special program exclusive to the X Division and the development of X Division tag teams. Part of the reason behind having the title put on Jeff Hardy was that Hardy can draw viewers into the new show. New talent will be added to the Impact Wrestling roster to fill up the 60 minute show. Current talent such as Jeff Hardy, Austin Aries, Chavo Guerrero, and Chris Sabin will work back and forth between Impact Wrestling and the new show, while some of the more X Division exclusive talent like Kenny King, Petey Williams, and Sheik Abdul Bashir will be exclusive to the new show. The Saturday Night show will be taped from the Impact Zone in Orlando during their Monday/Tuesday house shows.

If the new X Division show kicks off Saturday Nights, there has been discussion on adding another 60 minute show exclusive to the knockouts later in the new year. Rumour is that the Knockout's show could come as early as April.
