I like it, I just don't like the white outer glow. But it was for a booker thing, that banner wont be used for long, it's harsh how those bookers do that.

Nice banner for a new PS user. But, the cuts are bad, the BG is plain, text is plain. But you've improved a lot though. Keep it up.

Maybe colorize the BG by hitting CTRL+U, the blening could get batter, placement of pics isn't great, and don't use the outerglow.
