I hate when people say like Cuts are bad or there ok or something like that when they're totally perfect i just don't get it.

They don't actually mean the Cuts, they mean their placement, opcaity, blending, etc.
Anyways, I'm not getting positive vibes from it.

Jones is over Taker. Nothing really oustanding about it, but it doesn't really suck. I don't think the BG is premade, because you could just use a few 3D brushes and get most of it, however, you might be right because the sunburst effect it cleary than the rest of the BG. Austin and Rock cuts are a little fuzzy, especially Austin. Taker cut it botched by the ear. About 5/10.
