Its not great but it ok....its a bit crowded and i think you need some new effects for th cuts

Yah, You need to add some other effects to the cuts instead of using luminosity on each. It does look crowded to some exstent however it doesn't look all that bad really. The SD logo could of been a little smaller. Just keep practising you'll get better.

Get rid of Brock. That cut looks odd for some reason.

And like invert the BG, and just colorize it back blue. Then add some effect to the cuts.

I know what you mean OZ. Everytime I look at it now, I only look at him.

And I could of used other effects, but i felt like something plain and boring at the time.

The background and the brock cut do bring it down a bit, but it's still decent.

It probably looks odd because it's a bit smaller than the other cuts, and it's stuck in the very back. We're probably used to seeing him in the front of everything in a banner. But in that one, he's stuck in the back like some little kid trying to peer over everyones shoulder in a crowd.
