I'm just going to do overall ratings, with a small review. I haven't done this before, but I figured it would be better to explain my reasonings for some of the ratings.
Alex Riley (6) - He can talk and plays his character well, but he doesn't seem that solid in the ring.
CM Punk (10) - He's excellent on the mic and in the ring. He's also a good role model for children.
Daniel Bryan (10) - Again, excellent in the ring. The emotion he brings to the table is unmatched. Easily one of the best.
Darren Young (5) - He had a unique look before he cut his hair. He is pretty average in the ring and on the mic.
David Hart Smith (9) - Distant throwback to tag team wrestling, he can wrestle VERY good, and has "the look"
David Otunga (5) - 5 is probably a bit generous but he can carry himself on the mic and as a character. He also has a good physique.
Evan Bourne (10) - 10 for me, easily. He is extremely exciting to watch, and has a cool look. His mic skills can be passed, just look at Rey Mysterio.
Ezekiel Jackson (6) - I gave him a 6 because I think he's one of the best "power wrestlers" in a while. He also has an impressive look and I could see him doing well.
Goldust (8) - He is a legend and one of the best characters of all-time. Can also have a good match with almost anybody.
The Great Khali (4) - I give him a 4 because he has the presence. He doesn't have to move around much in the ring for people to notice him.
Heath Slater (7) - I give him a 7 because of his experience in the ring. He looks like he knows what he's doing.
Husky Harris (7) - I enjoy watching him wrestle, I think he has a unique look nowadays and it reminds me of Terry Gordy and Dusty Rhodes.
The Usos (6) - I haven't seen much of them, so they both get a 6 out of me. I liked how most of their moveset was a tribute to Umaga.
John Cena (8) - I don't enjoy watching him at all, but he gets an 8 based on his presence, his workrate and his ability to sell a match.
John Morrison (9) - He has a unique look and offense. But he seems nervous on the mic in front of a live crowd, and for that I can't give him a 10.
Justin Gabriel (9) - Like John Morrison, he has a unique look and is really fun to watch.
Mark Henry (4) - I'm just shocked that he's been employed this long. He can't wrestle in the ring or talk on the mic. And there's just nothing appealing about him.
Michael McGillicutty (7) - He's REALLY awkward on the mic but he seems like a natural in the ring. He also has the look and I can see him becoming pretty big in the future.
Michael Tarver (8) - He has the presence, the look and the mic skills. His ring skills can easily be passed.
The Miz (9) - He fits the WWE's main event mould perfectly. Classic heel.
Primo (7) - He's never really been given a chance, so I can't rate him any higher. From what I've seen, he's pretty fun to watch.
R-Truth (8) - I like watching him, he has a unique offense and is pretty popular with the crowd.
Randy Orton (7) - I don't know if it's his current character, but he is really slow in the ring and just isn't exciting to watch. I give him a 7 because of his look, popularity and presence.
Santino Marella (6) - Santino was at his best in late 2007. Now his jokes are incredibly childish and usually follow the same pattern every week. He's getting really stale.
Sheamus (10) - WWE's best main eventer. He has a unique look, can wrestle really well and is fun on the mic. He also seems like a really hard worker.
Skip Sheffield (8) - 8 because of his presence, and look. Both him and Tarver were the highlights of the Nexus attacks.
Ted DiBiase (7) - I do like him but I don't think he's GREAT in the ring. I think he's passable at best.
Triple H (10) - Too many classic matches for me to give anything less. One of the all-time best.
Tyson Kidd (9) - He can mat wrestle, and also do highflying spots, so he gets a 9. I think him and Smith are better off as a tag team right now though.
Vladmir Kozlov (6) - Like Jackson, he is pretty fun to watch in the ring at times. But I think he peaked in 2008.
Wade Barrett (9) - While he can work the mic really well, I don't think he's overly impressive in the ring. He is a great character though.
William Regal (8) - He is best as a comedy character, which is why I think he should be a face. I think he peaked as a heel during the KOTR/GM storyline.
Yoshi Tatsu (8) - I wish he was given a better opportunity. He was extremely fun to watch in ECW and was connecting with the crowd. Hopefully they move him to Smackdown shortly.
Zack Ryder (7) - Because of his gimmick, WWE aren't ever taking him seriously. He can definitely wrestle in the ring and that was showed during ECW.
Alicia Fox (6) - She has put on some good matches in the pass, so she gets a 6 from me. I still don't think she should have become Divas Champion though.
The Bellas (4) - If it wasn't for the guest hosts, I really don't think they would be hired this long. They can't wrestle very good and they just can't connect with the crowd.
Eve Torres (5) - I don't think she can wrestle, talk OR dance. She can't connect with the crowd and was pretty much only pushed because of her looks. 5 because of her ring improvement.
Gail Kim (10) - Look at her TNA stuff and you'll see why she's one of the best female wrestlers in the world. WWE haven't given her the opportunity.
Jilian Hall (6) - I thought her gimmick was getting REALLY stale, but she seems like a good trainer for the divas.
Maryse (3) - Like Eve, she got pushed because of her looks. She can't wrestle or talk on the mic, besides a few whistles from the crowd, she isn't over.
Melina (9) - She has the ring skills, the mic skills, and the crowd love her, so she gets a 9 from me.
Natalya (10) - Best female wrestler in the world. She can wrestle, talk and has the look. She has been really getting over with the crowd lately too.
Tamina (6) - Like the Usos, I haven't seen much of her, so I can't really rate. From what I've seen, she looks comfortable in the ring, so she gets a 6.
