I went to Good Tutorials like people told me and came out with this. What do you guys think and where should I improve? Also please rate.

One important Tip : Never use Opacity to blend in pics with the BG. Text doesnt match the colors of the BG, and like I said, the blending isnt good due to the opacity. But it is better that you went to G-D, cuz its better then your previous work. Just work on blending

yeah blending shudnt be with opacity alone, try using the other effects.

The worst thing is that is definately the background. Change it, doesnt look good, doesnt suit the sig.

Cutting is ok, text is alright, but again doesnt really suit the sig, or y2j..

Opacity isn't always a bad thing, If you use it, make it like 80 - 90%. The main cut looks boring and none of the pictures match your background. The text looks pretty good, try to make your banner match the text.
