I only like the bg because the banner is just way too simple. The text isn't that good because of the red stroke and you didn't use effects on the main cut...

It is very, very simple. I like it though. The Text is cool and so is the effect on the cut. 7/10. I can't find anyway to improve it, but it's cool.
