It's not too bad, but these barb-wire-ring banners are getting old. Better than the red and blue one.

I don't like it. The font and the effects both blow, and the background looks kinda amateurish.

I think the scratchy border is pretty cool looking, although the whole sig in entirety seems a bit simple.
