Randy Orton has risen through the ranks of professional wrestling stars, evolving from a "Legend Killer" to a legend in his own right in the squared circle.

The son of "Cowboy" Bob Orton is a 10-time WWE Champion, four-time World Heavyweight Champion, and one of 18 men’s wrestling stars considered Grand Slam Champions.

Many fans celebrate seeing "The Viper" whenever he appears at an event, whether it's a house show, Raw, SmackDown, or premium live event.

However, Orton was noticeably absent from this month's WWE Wrestlepalooza, the first-ever premium live event presented on the new ESPN Unlimited platform.

Fans saw five other matches, including the return of AJ Lee after a 10-year hiatus for a tag team match with her husband, CM Punk, and a match where Brock Lesnar defeated and destroyed John Cena.

There were also two championship matches on the card, including Cody Rhodes successfully defending his Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre and Stephanie Vaquer becoming the new WWE Women's World Heavyweight Champion.

The Instagram account @randyfan4ever_ mentioned that there were some significant WWE events in which Orton wasn't involved.

Among those events were the 25th-anniversary episodes for Raw and SmackDown, two shows he has been a major part of. In addition, Orton was omitted in the WWE Raw premiere on Netflix, “And Few More,” according to the IG account.

“DISRESPECT AFTER DISRESPECT,” they wrote in a caption on their original post.

That prompted Orton’s wife, Kim Orton, to react, commenting, “You ain’t wrong.”

WrestleMania 42.

How long does the "respect" that's been extended to Orton during his career have to last, exactly? Forever and ever and ever? This guy has been handed, and yes, I use the word HANDED, because he didn't earn it, he didn't earn it with excellent work or promos or charisma or just flat out being over, he got it based on his look and his nepotism......everything. Everything you can be handed, he's been handed. Repeatedly and with wild abandon, and now, with 14 world titles, 14, ponder on that number and the absurdity of that number not only in general, for anyone, but in terms of the talent in consideration, he has to be on all these big shows 23 years into his career? Fuck you.

It's never enough for these people. Never. It has to keep going and going and going and going and going on a loop, or it never happened.

Randy is such a weird case where he does feel like and is in fact a big deal but yet still seems to stumble around midcard and feels like a afterthought or a almost borderline jobber to the stars. I don't think he necessarily has to be in the main event all the time but even I wonder why they dont do more with him at times.

As good as he is Orton always seemed like that throughout his whole career, even in his prime. Big enough to feud with anybody on the card but missing something to makes him "The Guy". He's never been able to fully break out of that Y2J upper mid-card tier which consists of guys who can sometimes carry the belt when needed but ultimately lack something that makes them a week in and week main out event talent where you can build a whole show around.

Blandy Boreton has not much to offer...

He has mental health issues, and he should go out and talk about that instead...

He offer a lot more there, then to look like a new Goldberg that can barely breathe and work in that ring...

Blandy Boreton has been handed everything for the past 20 years, what else does she want?

Don't forget the hanging DDT!

Orton has been a WWE wrestler for 23 YEARS... he SHOULD be taking a back seat, to allow the likes of Bron, Jacob, and Dom to main event. Hogan refused to allow Benoit, Jericho, Eddie, and Booker to main event in WCW because of his ego... Orton, Cena (outside of #17, which he deserved, even though I was a "hater" in the late 00s and early 10s), and even Roman since WM 40 being absent from world titles is GOOD. Even Angle never won a TNA title after 2011... the younger talent who are ready main eventing is a GOOD thing. Orton SHOULD be giving rubs now at 44 years old...
