He's over with the live crowds but he doesn't really bring in the tv ratings like some other guys do, so im going to say no. he's up there but he's not the most over.

He needs to change himself, a new gimmick and he will be the most popular star in the WWE behind Cena, but wwe wont do that

Of course he is. The fact that Orton was wasted for most of the year despite being one of the most over stars, just goes to show that the WWE has no idea what to do with their talent these days.

It's obvious the WWE doesn't care about rating tanking when CM Punk has been an irrelevant champion for so long. They should have Orton take the title from him. Maybe that way people will actually take the WWE title seriously again.

He's up there obviously, he's still number three despite the insane amount of pushing that Sheamus has received. Says quite a bit. But he's not as over as Cena and Punk. A case can be made that because Punk is heel now, both him and Cena get a mixed reaction, but I'd still say they're both more over than Orton.

Bryan is also getting close to Randy's levels of overness, but now that Punk is turning, Orton is the guy the fans cheer for more than anyone.

maybe that's the problem with him. he's so over he doesn't even try to be great in the ring and says the same ol shit on the mic. he's become boring, but it's ok cuz he's so over nobody cares.

Decade long brainwashing. And really, with anybody else, they'd have gotten to that destination a lot quicker, so his push has been a huge waste, especially when he's not a ratings draw and doesn't particularly impact a damn thing.

Orton gets a bit of stick on this forum, but it doesnt really count for anything.
I've seen orton once at a house show, and the pop he got was unreal.
All night long the crowd was shouting ''randy randy''....

Then they aired a promo video of him and the place went up in cheers.

He basically has everything a wrestler can have, and he's never has that ''cheesey' PG '' side to him. Which is great.

I wouldnt say he's more over than Cena, but he is up there.

He is probably the most unanimously cheered person they have now since they turned Punk.

Cena is way ahead of the entire roster. He's a true mega star unlike Orton, who Vince wanted it to be. LOL at Orton marks thinking he's at Cena's level. It can be debated that Orton isn't even at Punks level.
