Ramor Ramon persona in WCW sued by the WWF/E?

So my question was that, do you think the WWF/E was right to sue WCW because Scott Hall was using a WWF/E' "Razon Ramon" persona in WCW Nitro live? Aside that, the storyline made it look like if the WWF/E was actually invading WCW.

If they thought they had a case for infringement, then they were right to sue. They owned the Razor character. I find it a bit ironic though that WWE didn't get sued for the Razor Ramon character ripping off elements of characters from Scarface.
