Bad BG, bad blending on the Jericho cut, the text could use work, change the border to a different color, and take away the scanlines or make them less visible. 6/10

Believe it or not, I made something almost identical to that a while ago. Mine was taller, same colors, same style, the font was a little differet. But it had the same effects and shat. I just never got around to actually hosting it. It's most likely deleted now. :sad: I'm going to look for it now. That way LK and I can be 'banner buddies'.
