I think you can only change the color a certain amount of times or something before you can do it again. I could be wrong, but I dunno.

It's weird but this is how it works. It dosen't cost you anything to change the color, but you need to have the amount of points it costs. Say it cost 700 points(I dont think that's how much it costs I just made up a number) you need 700 points to change it but it wont deduct the actual points. Dunno if I explained that well or if it was confusing.

I suppose the glowing UN is 1000 pts. You just need to have at least 1000 pts on the 'outside' ( which is below your no. of posts. ) That will enable you to change to whatever color you want freely. ( The store will not charge you, after you've changed, you will notice that the points are still intact. )
