Does anyone know how to make a video-type banner?
I have these Good Charlotte pics, and I want to make them into a banner, whith some quotes by the band that I have, whilst it shows a picture of the band member who said it.

Can anyone help me?

you can download swish it uses flash but its much easier for text effects if u want it go to www.swishzone.com

I use Animation Shop, which comes with PSP. I think ImageReady, which comes with Photoshop, also works.
