Punk heel turn does it signal new or revamping of his entrance theme & gear?

A few Punk addicts (mostly the fan girl section of my friends) are concern that Punk hasn't been on his twitter for a few days thank fully some folks have lives to lead like myself.

But my question since he hasn't tweeted & is "keeping a low profile" cause a heel turn has progressed, does it signal change in appearance, change in entrance theme music, new t-shirt being developed, new gimmicks are being quickly rehearsed/implemented? Do the heels/faces go thru revamping phases? Just wondering is all...thanks guys.
