Firstly, We need to know what program your using for us to help you out because they are different methods of doing it. However i can help you out on where to get them from. Some of the most visited would be HBD (HotBoyDesignz) TXA (TheXremeAlliance) and G-Unit. There is a lot more out there though you'll find more out if you follow through some of the affiliates of the main sites.

And PSD's are usually a file type used in photoshop. They are usually used to save images such as cuts of wrestlers and other pictures to put on banners later.
