-BACKSTORY-
At the start of spring in 2011, Jim Ross was fired from WWE. With his passion for the business still burning, J. R. opened his own Pro Wrestling Company. J. R. named this company International Association of Wrestling (IAW). However, J. R. needed money. He went to his dear friend, Eric Bischoff. Shane O' Mac agreed to lend him some starting dough on one condition: Eric Bischoff would be named General Manager over his weekly show. J. R. agreed. J. R. also signed who his broadcast partner would be: former WWE employee, Matt Striker. J. R. and Matt Striker are announcing both of his weekly shows.

On Monday Night Havoc's pilot show, Jim Ross announced his roster and there were contests for the Champions. The show got a low rating but showed promise. As the show grew more familiar with fans, it started getting better ratings.

Over a year later, The show has became much more sucessful. It is now showing two weekly television shows, Havoc, (every Monday night 9:00 – 11:00 on Fox) and Grave (every Thursday Night 8:00 – 10:00 on Fox). The ratings war from the late 20th century has begun. Also, throughout 2011, superstars started to lose their contracts with WWE, TNA and ROH due to the loss of so much money and the economy and IAW quickly took them:
