You're worshipping a sad outdated mindset and that anyone with half a brain moved on from years ago. Blaming me for your ideological failure is ridiculous considering I would be happy to see all the republican establishment politicians replaced and you also just named them as one of the "two liberal parties" in America. My ideology didn't interfere with yours. Yours failed because it was fucking stupid and people moved on. Adopting a more protectionist outlook with a strong leader is what filled the void and rightfully so.
Trump was wildly ineffective for a lot of his tenure when it came to things like the wall and even other campaign promises. The reason for this is because America is not a dictatorship. The president in the US is not a totalitarian leader. Trump was largely hamstringed and handicapped his entire presidency. That does not mean the ideas like building a wall are wrong, nor should we stop trying. We should continue to support people who try to get this done. Before Trump, it was a dirty thing to talk about. Looking the other way on illegal immigration was always corrupt bullshit that hurt the 99%er american citizen. Just like the $2000 check, Trump was the guy that actually spoke up and at least tried to get something done. Who else is making the effort?
Your problem is that you aren't understanding the establishment as being ridiculously rooted in corruption as it is. You want responsible budgets but that is impossible when you have foreign empires with stakes in your corporatocracy and tech giants that rule your society. This is why people now are longing for a stronger executive for America to protect us from foreign predators. Trump failed. I agree with that. But who else is fucking trying? The establishment is just going back to selling us to the highest foreign bidder which looks like China right now. Yippie.
Obama had an economy where he injected how many billion to keep it white hot? Imagine if Trump did the same, what his GDP numbers would look like.
It literally doesn't matter why you think those bail outs are the wrong move for a healthy economy. We live with a fucking zombie economy that's being exploited and slowly bled dry. And the people doing it don't give a fuck what you think. And you can't vote them out because they have all the influence in the world around you and they need bail out deals for their wall street, banker and real estate buddies.
You're still trying to argue a logical case about responsible spending with corrupt people that have foreign investors to pay off. And you're presenting an article about the virtues of responsible spending. lol. We fucking get it dude. No one cares though. Like I said, anyone with half a brain moved on from even trying to argue this stuff long ago because they weren't dumb enough to realize it's a lost cause to argue when both establishment republican and democrat are rooted in corruption. Evolve already to the next step and realize we need a strong leader to protect us from these foreign powers creeping on our nation... these powers that are making your ideas for a fair society via responsible spending completely and utterly impossible.
So all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Ramah. They said to him, “You are old, and your sons do not follow your ways; now appoint a king to lead us, such as all the other nations have.”
But when they said, “Give us a king to lead us,” this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the Lord. And the Lord told him: “Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights.”
Samuel told all the words of the Lord to the people who were asking him for a king. He said, “This is what the king who will reign over you will claim as his rights: He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots. Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants. He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants. Your male and female servants and the best of your cattle and donkeys he will take for his own use. He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day.”
But the people refused to listen to Samuel. “No!” they said. “We want a king over us. Then we will be like all the other nations, with a king to lead us and to go out before us and fight our battles.”
When Samuel heard all that the people said, he repeated it before the Lord. The Lord answered, “Listen to them and give them a king.”

You loved Trump because he was your idea of a strong leader. If Biden becomes that leader I guarantee you will howl and stomp your feet. Why? He’s not your guy. The system needs adjusting but it works. You are too ignorant and blind to see the consequences of what you want. But you do you.
So, I shake the dust off my feet regarding this conversation. Don’t cry to me when it doesn’t work out the way you want. When we are so broke programs we like can no longer be afforded and your rights are trampled on. Trump was a sneak preview, thank God he was an incompetent strongman. If we get one that knows what they are doing it’s over for America.
