I'd like this thread to be just songs you think are good. Can be from any genre but try to provide a youtube link for the song so we don't actually have to download the songs to listen to them.

Could be a good way to find bands you weren't aware of.

This is Ryan Bingham. An older song but probably my favorite from him that I've heard.

Following this song is two songs that are coming out on his new album in September.

That's some good stuff right there. :)

Also, try not to put more than two or three songs per post so it doesn't take forever just to scroll down one post please.

Also the artists don't have to be unknown or anything. Just songs you like from any artist, from any genre.

I would like to add that any discussion about the songs or the artists is encouraged and will not be spam.

I love that song, Brek! For the longest time I had no clue it was even Stevie Wonder. It has a great beat to it and it's just so damn funky. :)

I think I probably ranked it too low, but the rankings don't really matter. There are a lot of cover versions out there of this so you might have heard one of those. This is pretty unmistakably Wonder though to my ears.;) Mr. Wonder did indeed write this greatness and originally performed it as far as I know.

Oh yeah and you know I dig that Bingham newbie.

Nah, it was this version MrMister. In my younger days I wasn't very schooled on music... hell I was a Britney fan so that tells you all you need to know.

I think the only exposure to the legend that is Stevie Wonder was, "I Just Called to Say I Love You"

*sigh*

But once I discovered music I went all out. I really got into all forms of music. Everything from country to hip-hop, metal to Motown to bluegrass.

Now that I'm familiar with Stevie Wonders catalog, it's unmistakable like you said. But for the longest time I was unaware. :p

virus21, Loved that first one by Atom Smash. I'd never heard of them before. Great rock sound. Strong vocals with a good baseline. I'm into it. :)

I liked Ignition and Stone Sour as well. Once had a chance to see Stone Sour but I didn't get to go due to a legal problem. :p

A classic you might have forgot about : Tears for fears - Everybody wants to rule the world (Song starts 0:30 into the video)

Something new : Attack Attack! - Sexual man chocolate

These songs represent their time extremely well , the 1st one is a definition of 80s , the 2nd a definition of right now

No need to explain how MJ is good. :p

Shinedown are in my opinion one of the best American rock bands out there today.

She was the electric guitarist for the This Is It Tour, I had no idea she could sing.
