It's very good PS5 will have a SSD.

I remember playing Nintendo 64, and the games didn't have noticeable loading times. This is because they use cartridges.

Flash memory is fast. If you use a USB flash drive, that's flash memory.

An optical disc, hard drive, etc, uses moving parts. It takes time for these parts to move.

I once had Ubuntu on a USB flash drive, then on a CD. I remember the CD starting up Ubuntu slower. The USB pretty much near-instant loaded it up, if I remember correctly. I remember the wait on the CD, but not the USB, put it that way.

So you are against Sony trying to avoid promoting games that disparage and objectify women especially Japanese titles that feature sexualized images of underage girls?
US logic: A nice pair of titties offend me but please add more gore and murder in my video games.

The underage part is bullshit, Sony censored Dead or Alive and the girls in there are clearly not underage.

It's fucking video games mate, they are virtual and not that serious so let some grown man enjoy some titties and if you really are that offended that people do that, let me remind you that you can literally find shit that is ALOT worst from ppl on the internet that aren't cartoons.

The irony of defending Sony in all of this is these games made a niche on their platform because they were more than happy to welcome those types of games to get an edge over the competition in terms of exclusive when it was convenient for them.

So yea, ppl are getting fed up of having companies babysitting them about stupid shit, especially when said company is an hypocrite. People are old enough to make their own decisions.

When FUCKING NINTENDO makes you look prude, we got a problem.

Nice dodge

Did sony censor witcher 3? NOPE

Also are you that trigged you can't see TNA in a video game? Go watch porn FFS.

Nudity adds nothing to a video game.

Again you just with your BS PC master race getting all hard over FPS.
As a general rule the only FPS that matters is what you are comfortable with and the type of game you are playing, in a faster paced games like a First Person Shooters having higher FPS will be a benefit to you as images render faster and smoother which will give you a competitive edge along with the input speed of a mouse/keyboard over a controller is a huge reason why popular FP shooter games don't cross platform as PC has a significant edge over console. So yes we so called "PC master race" get "hard" over FPS because we know the difference it can make. This image will give you an idea of what I mean.

On subject of building a PC to match a console the new PS5 is going with an AMD 8 core processor so you are looking at something on a par with a Ryzen 7 1700 and a gpu to run at 30fps at 4k say an RX970 you can easily build a PC within a budget of $600 hell you could probably buy a pre built system around that price point.

My point is PC gaming is not as expensive as it used to be when compared to console gaming now, so if you want that console level of performance on a PC you can pay roughly the same amount and get that performance but the beauty of a PC is the more money you put in the more future proofing and performance you gain.

The games on ps4 are way better than what is on pc and that is what matters most.

Give me god of war, spiderman, last of us, horizon zero dawn, persona 5, plus upcoming games like Ghost of Tsushima, Last of Us 2, and Death Stranding anyday over, what are PCs best exclusives? LOL PC can't even come close

I'm thinking that if TimeSplitters 4 is ever released, it'll be on the PS5.

So IF THAT FINALLY FUCKING HAPPENS, I'll buy it. lol

I bought a damn PS4 for Overwatch, but I have other games now too.

I think I'm gonna add 'This Is America' to listen to while playing Overwatch, along with 'Gatman & Robbin' by 50 Cent & Eminem.

I might play it alot....but FPS games, or many video games, or alot of entertainment in general isn't as good as it used to be. And alot of players & characters in that game really piss me off.

On top of my real-life anger, and living in Baltimore, that song is perfect, specifically the beat.

I'm downloading THE VIDEO VERSION (which I'll convert into mp3 format).

I was talking about hardware and increasing your performance being a benefit while being affordable I will state again if you want "console performance" (since "thats fine") but the versatility of a PC you no longer need to pay through the nose for it and you have that future proofing in terms of upgrading if you want it.

Games are subjective and totally depend on individual tastes, the majority of triple A titles are available across all platforms and the "exclusive" market for every platform is relatively small when compared to that, I enjoy totally different games and none of those you listed appeal to me, hell the only console exclusive games that appeal to me at the moment are Red Dead 2 and FF7 remake both of which will likely end up on PC anyway and even then I can take em or leave them. I'd take League of Legends or World of Warcraft over any those games you listed anyday which you could argue are PC exclusives but feel free to get offended and throw insults just because my taste differs from yours.

I'm near the end of getting my gaming pc back up to scratch, just waiting for Navi in July to update my graphics cards. I'll still be getting this day one I'm sure, its far enough away.

I haven't bought a day one console since the gameboy Advance and that was a disaster but I think i might bite the bullet here.

PS5 needs a decent web browser that allows for streaming from other websites such as NJPWWorld and FITE tv, like the Xbox One has with Microsoft Edge. The web browser for PS4 is garbage, and it’s one of the few shortcomings of the console. But if there’s no decent web browser, and no Crave TV app (another thing that XB1 has over PS4), then it’s a no buy from me and I’ll stick with my current arrangement of PS4 Pro for current gen games, Sony exclusives, VR, and Netflix, and X1X for Xbox exclusives, BC games and streaming through Crave TV and Microsoft Edge, and sit the next console generation out. Even if PS5 offered BC for PS1, PS2 & PS3 games from any region on top of PS4 BC, even though that would be a good thing, I still wouldn’t buy unless there was a better web browser for streaming.

I'm a PC Gamer and have been for 30 years and I've never gotten better value for money (which isn't he argument here) from my PC gaming than when I used to have a console. It's relative. And relatively speaking you've always had to spend at least 200 more on a PC to get the same experience as the latest gen console.

Currently I have a 900 dollar gaming PC (but it's from 2015) and I am definitely not getting my money's worth even after pirating a few games. You need to spend at least $600 upwards (but nowadays a 1080p machine on high settings requires at least 700-900 PC rig) to get close to the same experience as a $400 console minus any exclusives at all.

PS4 is the greatest console of all time and best value for money ever given to gamers thus far.

And no, value for money is not what PC gives you. At all. Using a PC for gaming is like doing your laundry in the bath tub using a motor boat propeller.

yeah here is the thing with consoles vs PC.

console games look and run better and better the later and later they are released in that generation of a partial console.

On a pc, your games will look and run worst and worst as your PC gets older and older over the same time period.
