Crazy thing is that it's is actually possible for Panda to do this cause they are worth more than $38 billion dollars but yeah it ain't happening. Just another one of those things to make TNA look bad. same old same old

With 1B you could buy your own Network, why settle for Poptv. Also even if they didn't want to go that route they'd announce something like that BEFORE signing a tv deal. Knowing the company had that type of backing would make them infinitely more valuable to a tv network.

the only thing I don't like about the new tv-deal is that Pop-tv is the former tv-guide channel, which was the worst effing piece of ESS cable station you could ever imagine. It was a joke.

True but Panda more specifically the Carters has the money to spare though. There was an article on them a while back here in Dallas and the number was more than that. Can't specifically remember the number but 38 seemed low

POP is completely revamped if people open up their eyes and give it a chance and let the 1 year old TV station grow a bit it will be as good as any other network. They have some MAJOR backing in CBS/Lionsgate both financially and in focus on growing the channel which Destination America didn't have.

It does sound incredibly far-fetched, but I'd love to see it happen. Let's be honest: The only thing that can reignite the beyond-stale wrestling business is a group with a lot of money and a lot of ambition. With WCW, Turner provided the former, and Bischoff provided the latter.

So, while I'm not expecting TNA to change, I still hold out hope that they can build up a major worldwide promotion while simultameously forcing WWE to improve their product.
