Naomi also needs a lot more training. She's extremely athletic, but her matches are just a string of high spots. She'd already come up to the main roster when Sara Del Rey was hired, she really could have used time under her to learn how to put matches together better.
I think it's especially hard to teach someone who got a job by good fortune how to become a great entertainer in WWE. Alicia Fox is another one who has the athleticism but just doesn't seem to know how to work a match. I think they're both good enough to get an opportunity, but they do need better training. I'm not sure if they're as bad as Cameron though. We all know that she couldn't name a single match in the history of the business aside from Melina vs. Alicia Fox. I'm not sure how you can expect someone like that to ever grasp what makes fans get invested in a story or match. From the very little I've seen of that "reality" show, it seems to be the last of her worries.
Don't get me wrong though, there are a few that I don't mind at all:
Kaitlyn - I thought some of her work with AJ was really good. Both of them continued their story in the match that they had at Payback, which was refreshing to see in a women's match. Thanks to poor writing, the feud really sucked after that match that they had in Chicago.
Natalya - Pretty bad on the mic, but one of the better wrestlers in the division.
Layla - Tends to overact, but she does shine every once in a while. She's probably most suitable for the manager role.
Tamina - Not sure what she's like outside of the ring, as they haven't really given her much of a chance to talk, but she's a decent worker in the ring from what I've seen.
And like I said, Fox and Naomi have potential but there's definitely room for improvement. I like the division in NXT more.
