Nobody uses contract's anymore.
Not signing on a phone contract?
Just a quick question, i'm now halfway through my 2 year phone contract and was looking over the contract papers when i notice neither myself or the guy who sold me the phone signed or dated the document. In a legal sense what does this mean?

You would have likely accepted the terms and conditions by using the phone or related services. There are many different outcomes for many different scenarios. Though, don't think you can use this to worm out of a contract, especially 12 months through. It probably won't happen and would cost you more for your efforts.
